Carrier
Carrier is asking if instead of me sending paperwork to factoring he sends it to factoring company, they pay him then carrier pay us after we send him invoice once a week . Is this safe? @Dispatcher University

@Sonny Lanorias He said he wants to be in control of his money so this arrangement makes him feel more secure. He said he wants us to send him invoice and he pays us once a week which is on thursdays instead of per load.

Highway
As a US citizen with a US drivers license that dispatches from abroad , how am i supposed to use platforms like highway if they do not allow people outside the USA to use their platform(even with a VPN)?
