Regarding our global data capture program upcoming.... Thank you for your patience as we finalize the global data capture project. As you can imagine, 5,000 locations has been quite the negotiation. @Zach Calhoon Ok to be clear then, sorry if I'm a little slow.. any previous work will not be compensated for when it's sold to your customers to train their AI, and whatever else CP and them want to use it for. all future work will have a compensation component that represents acceptance if we proceed to shoot the job. My question now is, If I choose not to have my previous work to be part of this and I remove it from Cloudpano is it sill going to be part of this AI transaction if I sign this new contract. My concern is I that I don't have property releases that would cover the commercial use of the properties I've shot beyond my own portfolio display. The agreement signs this work over to you as if you were the photographer and prevents me from using it even in my own portfolio. Is that correct?

@Chris Fenton I removed my work from CP products except for a couple personal portfolio things. Zach indicated that they wont use anything that's been removed

Property site vs Project site I see the project site has download links and the property site is basically for show but how do I share a link for just the property site without the download clickies? One more thing, is the only way to preview the site to publish it? I see once you hit that publish button the web search engines can find it even if it isn't ready to be shown. in cloud pane there is the option for only those with the link can view

Floorplan scanning
going to do my first scans for floor plans and I see in Zach's video he shows scanning the floors and corners at the floors. Is that right? Should you scan the whole space, walls, windows and corners at the ceiling too?

@James Winch you don't need a phone plan to make it work, and any of those iPhone pro models with lidar will work I think back to iPhone 12. no need to give up the phone you know how to work just for this.

they fixed my floor plan problem but there is no way to get feedback from them on why this happened or how to prevent it.

Not having any luck with this camera. It produces photos that are really low quality. Text is unreadable at nearly any distance. Any ideas of a first run setup that wont get me laughed out of any tour would be great. Sooooo bad. maybe a little to heavy handed editing the photos? I couldn't do some of those where I am. I'd need model releases from all those people. Maybe try a single shot and edit it from there, these are composites right?. I think you are also getting a lot of veiling flare from the windows
