Consistency builds legacy.
Consistency builds legacy. Luke 4:16 notes that Jesus went to the synagogue "as was his custom." Even the Son of God valued the discipline of showing up and staying rooted in His foundation. In our professional lives, success isn't just about grand gestures; it's about the daily, faithful habits we cultivate. Showing up consistently, honoring our core values, and staying grounded in our purpose sets the tone for true leadership. Great leaders are built on small, repeated acts of faithfulness. This Tuesday, what positive habit or core value will you commit to strengthening in your work and life? #Consistency #Leadership #FaithAtWork #TuesdayMotivation #Purpose

Frederick, following through is the one I keep coming back to. In construction and sales, people need to know you'll do what you said you'd do. Building a community seems to need that same habit — come back and answer people. What small habit has made the biggest difference in your work lately?

Hi Lynn, Glen here in Tennessee. I saw John's mention of your two communities. How are they going now? I'm building a Gen X community, and I'd like to compare notes on what gets people talking to each other after the introductions. What are your groups centered around?

Jasmine, what's the first thing someone actually makes in the five days? I'm turning practical lessons into videos for Gen X beginners, and I want them to leave the first session with something useful in their hands. A working follow-up message or a finished page seems easier to build on than a tour of twenty tools.

Glen here, from Tennessee. I spent more than 20 years running a construction company and now work in high-ticket sales while building a Gen X community around practical AI skills. We have 30 courses up on Gumroad, and I'm working on turning those lessons into videos people can actually follow. Found the Library through Skool's course creation search. I'm here to compare notes on teaching, content and getting useful work out of AI. I'd rather finish one useful lesson than collect another hundred prompts. John, I saw the move to the Public Course Library — is that where you'd prefer new introductions now?
