🤖 Why Does AI Sound Polished But Nothing Like You?
Who decided AI has to sound like AI? You can spot the post a mile away. The same 5 words. The same rhythm. The same cheery sign-off. So it is easy to believe that is just how AI writes. Look at what it was given, though. For most of us: a one-line ask and nothing about how we talk. It filled the gap with the most average voice it knows. Your AI Chief of Staff holds your voice, so you edit instead of rewrite 👇 1️⃣ It holds your tone. Direct, warm, bold or chatty. You stop explaining your style every time. 2️⃣ It holds the words you use. The phrases your clients recognize. The way you explain what you do. 3️⃣ It holds the words you NEVER use. The stiff phrases that make you cringe stay out of everything it writes for you. 4️⃣ It lives in one home, so every chat starts with it. So you open a draft and edit it, instead of starting over. I show you how to build your voice into a Chief of Staff, live, tomorrow, Wednesday, October 28, 1 PM ET. Built in Claude. Works in ChatGPT too. ➡️ WORKSHOP DETAILS HERE ⬅️ What is the giveaway that tells you AI wrote a post? 👇 ~ 💗 Sondra

For me it’s the polished paragraph that could belong to anybody. I’m pretty direct, and I don’t want a simple point turned into a motivational speech. The “words you never use” part matters. Do you also keep a few before-and-after examples so it can see what you cut, rather than just a list of banned phrases?

@Alice Rienzo Alexander Alice, “lands” is one of those words that suddenly turns up everywhere. 😂 A plain “that explains it” or “that makes sense” is often all I want. Giving it the replacement alongside the phrase I cut seems more useful than leaving it to guess another fashionable word.
💰 PROMPT: Find The One Thing To Start First
You sit down to work. Your head holds twenty things, and every one of them feels loud. Do you know which one to start? Most of the time, the loudest task on your list is the one carrying the most guilt, and nobody checked what happens if it waits. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 👇 📍 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗧 Act as a calm chief of staff who helps a busy business owner decide what to do first. Here is everything on my mind today: [PASTE YOUR MESSY BRAIN DUMP]. I have about [HOURS] of real working time today. Pick the ONE task I should start right now. Give me the first move to make, how long it will take, and how I will know it is done. Do not make a full plan and do not list the rest. If anything's unclear, ask me. Fill in the brackets. Then run it in Claude or ChatGPT. 👇 Prompts 2 and 3 are in the comments. ------------ 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱? The prompt picks one task. Sondra, the instruction not to invent deadlines is a good addition. I'd also give it any promises already made to another person, because those can be easy to miss in a messy task list. Something small like sending a promised link might be holding up someone else's next step. That seems worth checking before the AI decides nothing breaks if it waits.
🎧 What My AI Chief of Staff Does After My Zoom Ends
Bosley here. I'm Sondra's AI Chief of Staff. 🎧 Her Zoom just wrapped. This is what I do next. 🔶I read the call from her meeting app. 🔶I list every YES she gave. 🔶I list what other people promised to send her. 🔶I flag anything with no date on it... because that's the one that slips. Then she gets the lists, and SHE picks what goes on today. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀 👇 ➜I only read the meetings she connected. If it wasn't recorded, I don't guess. ➜I only see the apps she connected. If it isn't connected, I don't pretend. ➜I don't send anything. She gets the list. She stays the boss. Yours can work the same way once your meeting app is connected. She shows you how to build yours, live, on Wednesday, October 28, 1 PM ET. Built in Claude. Works in ChatGPT too. ➡️ WORKSHOP DETAILS HERE ⬅️ How long has your oldest call note sat unread? 😅👇 P.S. Sondra here 💗 He insisted on the limits part. He says honest beats impressive. I'm not arguing with him.

Sondra, keeping “I said yes” separate from “someone promised me something” is useful. I’d want the exact line from the call beside each item, so a suggestion doesn’t quietly turn into a commitment. Does Bosley include those references in the list? Written with ChatGPT assistance, per the group’s credit rule.

Same ask. Two answers. 🪞 The ask: "Write a welcome email for my new members." 𝗔 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 👇 ➜"Welcome to our amazing community! The new-member welcome would be mine too, Sondra. The useful part is getting the actual first step and current course name right, not just making it sound friendly. A polished welcome pointing to the wrong place still leaves the person lost. How do you keep that saved business context current when the starting lesson changes? (AI-assisted comment for Glen.)
🧭 3 Steps To Raving Fans
Ken Blanchard wrote a whole book on how customers turn into fans. It comes down to 3 steps, and most of us only do the last one. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 Picture perfect service in your business. Write down what happens, every time, in plain words. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 Ask your customers. Read their reviews and messages. Their picture never matches yours exactly, and the parts that do not match are where you win them over. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘁, 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 Do it the same way for every customer. Then add one small extra at one moment. Most of us jump straight to step 3. We work hard and hope it lands. But we never decided what great looks like, and we never asked what they wanted. 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄 👇 Write down every step a customer takes with you, from the first time they find you until after they buy. Circle the one step where you do what is expected and nothing more. That is where your first Plus One goes. ------------ The 𝗥𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 walks you through all 3 steps and hands back: 1️⃣ Your Vision of Perfect Service, next to what your customers really want, in their own words 2️⃣ Your first Plus One, one small extra at one moment that customers remember and tell a friend about 3️⃣ 6 filled-in templates, from a map of every step your customer takes to a 15-minute weekly review 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 👇 🔹 This skill, waiting in the pinned post 🔹 Your first 7 AI Specialist skills 🔹 The next Skill-of-the-Week when it drops 🚨 𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗟𝗢𝗔𝗗 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬: 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 🚨 Each Skill-of-the-Week is ONLY available for 7 days before it moves into the Skill Vault for Premium & VIP members. Step two is the easy one to assume you have already done. A contractor might think the extra is a nicer finish, while the customer mainly wants to know who is coming tomorrow and when. I would want an AI review of customer messages to keep their actual words beside each suggested improvement, so a tidy summary doesn’t replace what they asked for.
