Community Shutdown?
Hey everyone! So is this community closed down or no? I see the post from Ben a few months ago that it’s been closed down, but I do see advertisements on social media about joining. Please let me know. Thanks in advance!
Clarity is Key
I found some clarity in a deeper way. As I look at everything I do, my Burn has been to do it for the kids. This is exactly it. As I look to create a podcast and other resources, it is all for my students. They are the reason I do things and that made my audience for my podcast super clear as it will be me sharing my thoughts directly to my junior tennis players. More to come as I continue to connect with my Burn.

Thank you for sharing. If the kids are your Burn, then what is your “why”? This is not meant to challenge, I personally (even with taking Ben’s training) have a hard time distinguishing “the burn” and “the way” looking forward to hearing from you

What If Fear Is Exactly What You Need?
Most people have fear all wrong. They think the solution is to ignore it, bury it, or “stay positive.” But that’s a trap.Avoiding fear makes it grow stronger. Want proof? Ever avoided a conversation, a social event, or even speaking your mind… just because of that uncomfortable knot in your chest? And then what happened? The fear didn't go away—it got louder. So here’s a radical idea: Next time fear shows up, don’t fight it. Don’t distract yourself. Don’t run. Sit with it... Yep, actually face it. Feel that knot, let the sweat come, and stare it down like it owes you money. The first time I did this, I felt like I was going to pass out. But I didn’t. Turns out, fear is all bark and no bite. It’s like fog... looks thick until you step right through it. I’ve spent years letting fear hold me back: From speaking up, meeting new people, and living life fully. But facing it (even when I thought I’d crumble) is what made it lose its grip on me. And guess what? I’m not invincible. I still have moments where fear knocks on my door. But now I know better: If you just stand there and stare it down, it always backs off. So here’s your challenge: The next time fear shows up...PAUSE. Don't scroll. Don’t escape. Look it dead in the eye. You’ll see that it’s weaker than you think. And once you figure that out? The game changes forever.

Boom!!! 👊🏾
It’s HARD!!
Giving up is NOT an option. You had a dream. Even an action plan. But roadbumps happened. Hiccups happened. Failure may have happened. Then doubt eventually crept in. And STILL I tell you giving up is not an option. Why? Because you started for a reason. There’s still purpose and passion behind why you got started in the first place. Yea this sh*t is HARD. But so is staying in the same place year after year.

Price to be paid...
I found another powerful reminder from a former student, as he posts outstanding reminders every day for his students & athletes, but as we all know these lessons are always good for us "older" student athletes too. 😜
