The New MyCDLPrep 30-Day CDL Permit Challenge Is Here
I wanted to let everyone know about some major improvements that have been made to the MyCDLPrep training program. Over the past several weeks, I have been rebuilding and reorganizing the lessons to create a more structured learning experience for future CDL drivers. One thing I realized is that many students want to earn their CDL permit but aren't always sure what to study first or what to do next. Having access to information is important, but having a clear plan is even more important. That's why I created the MyCDLPrep 30-Day CDL Permit Challenge. The challenge is designed to provide a step-by-step roadmap that guides you through the most important CDL permit topics in a structured order. The program includes: ✅ CDL Basics ✅ General Knowledge ✅ Air Brakes ✅ Combination Vehicles ✅ CDL Practice Tests ✅ A clear 30-day study roadmap In addition to the new challenge, all course lessons are currently being upgraded to a new textbook-style format designed to make learning easier and more engaging. The updated lessons feature: ✅ Professional textbook-style training content ✅ New visual diagrams and illustrations ✅ Improved lesson organization ✅ Better explanations and real-world examples ✅ A more structured learning experience These lesson upgrades are currently in progress and are expected to be completed within the next few days. My goal is not only to help you pass your CDL permit exam, but to help you truly understand the material and build a strong foundation for your future driving career. If you've been away from the community for a while, now is the perfect time to jump back in and see what's new. To get started, head over to the Introduction to Obtaining Your CDL course and review the 30-Day CDL Permit Challenge section at the beginning of the course. Thank you to everyone who has joined and supported MyCDLPrep. I am committed to continuously improving the training materials, practice tests, and learning experience for every member of this community.

🚛 Lesson 6 Quiz — Hazard Awareness Discussion & Check-In
Great job completing Lesson 6 and the quiz 👏 Hazard awareness is one of the most important skills a CDL driver can develop. 👇 Answer these in the comments: 1️⃣ What score did you get on the quiz? 2️⃣ What is one common hazard you might encounter on the road? 3️⃣ Why is it important to identify hazards early? 💡 Remember: Hazards can include: • Other drivers• Road conditions • Weather • Pedestrians The earlier you recognize a hazard, the more time you have to react and prevent an accident. 🎯 Goal: You should aim to consistently score 90% or higher before moving forward. If you’re not there yet:👉 Review the lesson and take the quiz again. 💬 I’ll be reviewing your responses and helping you improve where needed. Let’s sharpen your awareness and stay ahead of danger 🚛⚠️
