What does community mean to you?
The idea of starting this community was born 1 year ago. Its so amazing to reflect and think back on all the beautiful moments and connections that happened along the way. For me personally, it has been transformative too. Being part of this community asked me to get involved, instead of my tendency of being a passive spectator. It also gave me the courage to express myself more. In a safe space, with likeminded people, where there is no judgement. Where we are all interested in the same thing. Other than that I cherish all the personal connections I had with you on chats and calls. Maybe you just joined, or perhaps have been with us from the start. Either way I'm curious to hear what this community means/meant to you! 💗

It’s been inspiring, a safe place and looked forward to the power ups and of course the yoga 🧘‍♀️ I only managed to get to one of the q&a but have enjoyed it all 🤍🤍
Have you ever noticed energy feels different?
When I practice, I’ve been paying close attention to how energy manifests in the body. For example: • In Reiki, many healers experience their hands becoming very warm or even hot as they channel universal (heavenly) energy. • In Qigong, especially with water-element practices, I often feel the opposite: my hands and forearms glow with a white, heavy, tingling energy that feels cold and dense. It made me wonder… are we tapping into different “flavors” of the same Qi? Reiki working mostly with heavenly/yang Qi, while Qigong weaves heaven, earth, and elemental Qi together? 👉 My question to you: Have you experienced your energy feeling hot, cold, heavy, or even with different textures depending on the practice? How does it show up for you? I’d love to hear your experiences and compare notes.

I have had my hands go hot and very cold doing reiki, my experience with qigong is more dense, and do feel tingling , however I have also noticed the calmer I am make each more intense
Animals
Recently, I have been practicing Reiki on animals (cats & dogs). It works just as well. Is anyone out there with experiences with animals they like to share? This week, I treated three dogs with different problems. They are all recuperating. I noticed how animals 'carry' a lot of stress from their owners and with help of Reiki, I was able to release them of this stress. Reiki energy helped with digestive issues too. Within 24 hours, the dogs were bouncing around again. Also: one dog had a trauma on the head, no one was allowed to touch the dog here. However; I didn't know that and started my treatment with the head. The owners could not believe it, I was caressing and touching her head everywhere, without a problem. Beautiful to see how animals put their trust in you. Next to that, completely lean into your arms, as if 'bathing' in the energy of my aura. It is a beautiful thing to help an animal.

That’s lovely, I used it on my dog when dealing with dementia, he stopped snapping and would curl up beside me when doing self reiki on my mat 🤍

I totally agree with you 🤍
If fear did not exist, how would I live differently?
I’ll go first; I would be presenting myself more on social media with yoga, breathwork and reiki. I still have some legit excuses why I do not. I also know I could work around those excuses with more effort. For know it’s okay. ❤️ What would you do differently?

I have been avoiding social media recently, I first started using it to keep uo with family, now it’s more like procrastination and 😰 it’s got so much good but these days it feels like being a victim in your safe space
