@Mark Lindholm I understand what you’re saying, and honestly, that concern isn’t completely wrong. Sound can influence the nervous system and brain in subtle ways, so it makes sense to be mindful of it. But the key difference is how frequencies are created and used. Some types of sound can create tension or discomfort, while others, especially in sound healing, are designed to support the body and mind. This is actually the work I do every day, and it’s something that has helped thousands of people. I’ve received many messages from people going through grief, anxiety, stress, or difficult moments, who found even a bit of peace, clarity, or emotional relief through this kind of sound. So I completely respect your perspective, but I’d gently invite you to explore it deeper before forming a final opinion. I created a course here in this space where I explain how vibration, frequency, and sound interact with the body, brain, and emotions, both in positive and negative ways. If you feel open to it, take a look at it, and then come back and share your thoughts with me, I’d genuinely like to hear your perspective after you’ve explored it 🙏🏻
