Will My Current 35 Contact Hours Still Count After the PMP Exam Changes?
If I complete my current project management course and earn the required 35 contact hours, will those hours still count toward PMP eligibility if I take the exam after July? With the upcoming changes to the PMP exam content, will I need to complete a new 35-hour course aligned with PMBOK 8, or will my existing training still satisfy the education requirement?

@Nikola Janjic thank you! I have been going through the lessons from Andrew’s Udemy course. Timing of some recent life events will not allow me to write before July 8. I will continue with his course to complete the 35 PDUs and will apply to write the PMP thereafter. I suspect he will add any 8th edition updates at the end of his existing course as they become available.
Just started the Udemy PMP Prep Courses!
I plan to complete the 35hours before end of May, apply to write before July 1, study all of June. There was reference to an earlier video in the course about the changes coming in July 2026 and then in some later courses Andrew refers to the content being for the 2021 exam. Am I following the right prep course to write before July 2026?
