Hello Victor and everyone, I recently purchased the Hyper Microblading machine, and today is my first time working with it. I would really appreciate some guidance and technical support regarding a few issues I'm experiencing. 1. Machine turning off unexpectedly: While I'm working with the machine, it sometimes turns off completely by itself without me pressing any buttons. This is concerning, especially since the machine is brand new. I would appreciate specific troubleshooting instructions to help identify what is causing this issue and how to fix it. Is there something I should check or adjust, or could this indicate a problem with the machine itself? I would also like to know what steps should be taken if the issue continues. 2. Switching heads: I'm having difficulty understanding how to properly remove and switch between the different heads. I would appreciate clear instructions or a demonstration of the correct procedure. 3. Machine modes: I would love a detailed explanation of the different modes, their functions, and which settings are recommended for different PMU techniques. Victor, I would especially appreciate your help troubleshooting the machine turning off unexpectedly. I want to make sure I'm operating it correctly and that there isn't a technical defect.
