Rokas’ community will leave a mark in your fitness journey.

His training philosophy was already aligned with me, not just hypertrophy or lifting heavy. And his work went even higher than my expectations.

After 5 months in I can say that he makes sure we are understanding our bodies not like isolated and mechanical parts but as a whole. Teaching us to regulate ourselves and making us aware of our breathing and training techniques.

The cherry on the top is sharing this with like minded people!
