I joined this cooking community to learn a couple of recipes, but what knowledge I had gained from it. It has been absolutely incredible from learning how to cut vegetables at 58 years old that I didn’t know how to cut properly needless to say fast how to hold a knife properly. I learned ways to cook vegetables for my husband, so many different styles and ways that he enjoys eating vegetables, not the boring way that I was used to making them now there are times when there’s not enough for me
