Hi, I need some help, I'm trying to figure out the GHL registration to send texts to people after they book and appointment with my AI, do I need to have my AI to ask for consent to send them appointment reminders or are there any loopholes to that?

Wsp Kevin, can you please tell me where the video/webinar where you discuss the rest of the build/automation for this assistant. In case you forgot In this video you mainly talked about the build for the Demo Ai agent for yourself, and then in the flow you had another agent that would call to confirm the call, and if need be reschedule it. And I was wondering where that webinar was and how to make that agent. I attached screenshots of the vid i'm talking about

Id use the real time booking, but like you've explained it might double book if the user decides to change their mind after they said one time. + If i use the real time booking, I can't see how the same agent would reschedule the appointment.

Also, I think it'd be super beneficial and a great video idea if you made a webinar and made a full ai receptionist build on it for the community. Here's the concept for it - The full build use's 2 Voice AI's. The first AI, an inbound receptionist, is the main line the business would use to accept calls, the ai can answer questions based off a knowledge base, it can transfer the call to the correct department through the new contact directory function on synthflow using warm transfers. This ai also has a memory from the new memory function. This ai can book, reschedule, and cancel appointments aswell. The second voice ai would just be a outbound follow up, that's triggered through gohighlevel, and which would just call a day before the appointment to confirm the appointment. For GHL's side, I can share the logic of the build that i think would work, i merged a few concepts from different video's you had, so you don't have to come up with anything from scratch and just fine tune it to save you some time. Ultimately, i think this type of build would be bulletproof and would be pitchable to every service based business there is, which is why I think it'd be very high viewed video.
model id vs call id synthflow / zapier
I'm trying to follow the zapier video. In your video, it shows model id but the same step for me shows call id. I tried putting a call id but its showing an error

You tried putting the actual model ID? They might've changed the label, but kept it the same thing
URGENT: Bug inside of synthflow
I copy and pasted my webhook from GHL into synthflows deployment, and it doesn't add anymore, its worked in the past. However, this webhook does end up adding in the new inbound webhook action which is weird. This doesn't matter though because the data it transfer is different and it doesn't work. Without the webhook the whole build is comprised, @Kevin Campos do you know why this is happening
