Hey mamas, I wanted to share a few updates about our meet-ups and where my focus will be moving forward. After a lot of thought, I’ve decided I’ll no longer be running north side park meet-ups. With the petrol situation and the extra travel, it’s been adding a bit too much mental load, and I want to make sure I’m protecting my energy so I can keep showing up well for this community. Our south/east side park meet-ups will now be moving to Fridays. This also fits nicely alongside Jess running her 'Barefoot Mamas' group at her place in Gumdale on Wednesdays, so there are still beautiful opportunities to connect during the week 🤍 Going forward, my main focus will be creating our monthly (and hopefully fortnightly) events. I really want to pour my time and energy into making these gatherings special, meaningful, and worth showing up for. ▫️ Please arrive 10 minutes early for a 8am start, there will a few details P3 has to grab before we go in. ▫️ This will be a kid-free morning so everyone can properly relax and unwind. ▫️ Please bring: • Water bottle • Comfortable swimwear or something suitable for the sauna and magnesium pools • A towel • Spare clothes to change into afterwards ▫️ Address is: P3 Recovery, 1-15 Lexington rd, Springwood. ❗️ Important: Make sure you get into the left hand service lane when you come onto Lexington rd, there's a chemist warehouse on the left side, there's red paint on the road, follow the red painted line, it will take you to a set of lights next to Taco Bell then do a u turn onto another one way rd and turn left into the car park labeled 'The Centre'.
