Hi everyone,Vamsi here new to this community
I need some help regarding a Facebook refund. My ad account was recently restricted, and I haven't done anything wrong; my ads have always been compliant. The issue is that before running a campaign, I preloaded funds into the ad account, and now the money is just sitting there. I can't find a way to get a refund. Do you have any suggestions? I would really appreciate it. and I have reached out to support multiple times, but I have not received a response.

Pre payed funds on Facebook are non refundable when an account is restricted. Only way to get the money back is to chargeback but then all chances of getting the account back are out the window if you do chargeback.

Still wild people can somehow get this through, I do anything remotely close to this and FB acts like i'm selling nuclear bombs. First they are making a direct weight loss claim in the ad and as well they are insinuating people who see the ad need to lose weight. So these 2 things alone would break policy by making exaggerated claims and a message that could make people feel negatively about the way they look.

They are super smart with these carousel ads by being able to have before and afters just by separating them in separate ads.
To avoid Meta policy violation need your suggestion
I am going to promote Debt relief offer in Meta Ads under Special Ad Categories. Country - US Planning to use below descriptions in Ad creative 2 Ad creatives 1) Credit card debt over $10k? We can help 2) Say goodbye to credit card debts Eligibility Credit debt over $10k Unsecured loan I didn't have any Financial certification or Social proof to get approval from Meta Support team. Here problem is PPC network expected to mention the debt eligibility amount in adcreative. How you are handling this situation, please suggest

I don’t have to much experience in the special ad categories but doesn’t it just prevent targeting discrimination by removing all targeting options. From my understanding you can still mention the qualifications in the ad as long as it’s not discriminating on age, gender, religion etc… stating a requirement wouldn’t be discrimination against a group of people. It’s only if you’re targeting out one specific group of people say it be age, gender etc…
Scaling Problems...
Hi guys I started my adventure in ppc 2 weeks ago. I tested about 40 or so ads and some were successful (100%+ ROI), but when I try to scale it it dies on me. I have tried bid cap, cost cap and intraday surfing. Do you have any advice for me?

@John Casto When this happens, testing 3-4 dozen creatives, some are profiting in the test camp and then they die when attempting to scale, say, in a CBO altogether. Would you say this is still just a creative problem and more creatives need to be tested to find some that can sustain meta expanding the audience when scaling, or would you say it’s a strategy problem and I should try more than just throwing them together in a CBO?
