🎁 Everything I give away free — and every price, in one place
New course in the Classroom: 🎁 Free Tools & What Things Cost. Two reasons it exists. One — there is more free stuff than most of you know about. 🎯 30 verified leads a week, forever, no card. Ten per topic across three intent topics, every Monday, with name, email, company and LinkedIn. 📗 The Visitor-to-Meeting Playbook (a 7-day email course) · 📘 The B2B Revenue Playbook · 💼 A list of 10,000+ VCs and angels · 🎓 The Academy. 🧮 Two calculators — ROI, and build-vs-buy. Both of them can tell you not to buy. Use them before you look at a plan. Two — you should not have to book a demo to find out a price. Every plan, every add-on, the mailbox and domain costs, the managed option, the agency and white-label minimums, and the 175M contact database tiers are written out in there. No gate, no sales call in between. And in 🧰 Beyond the Pixel there are four new lessons on the parts of the product almost nobody has opened: Noah (the AI that writes and runs your outbound), the Inbox Engine (domains and mailboxes live in 30 minutes, $4 a mailbox), Master Inbox and the verification stack, and session recordings, bring-your-own-data and the MCP server. Start with the free things. Upgrade when the maths says to and not before — I would rather you stayed a year than signed up for a month. 👇

🤝 Know someone who should be in here?
There is no affiliate scheme and no reward for this. Worth saying up front so you know what you are reading. What there is: this place gets more useful the more people are in it, and right now it is small. When someone posts the filter that took them a week to get right, everyone else saves that week. That only works if there are people in the room. WHO ACTUALLY BELONGS HERE Not "anyone in B2B". Specifically: → Someone running a B2B site that gets real traffic and converts almost none of it → An agency owner who sells traffic and keeps getting asked "so what did that actually bring in?" → Anyone who has said out loud "I know people are looking at the site, I just have no idea who" WHO DOES NOT B2C. Anyone under a few hundred visits a month — the maths does not work yet and they will churn disappointed. Anyone looking for a list to buy; this is not that and never will be. THE ASK One person. Not a broadcast, not a LinkedIn post. One person you already know who has said something close to that third line. Copy this if it saves you writing it: "[Name] — you mentioned you cannot tell who is actually visiting your site. There is a free community I am in that walks through exactly how to fix that: https://www.skool.com/happierleads-8752 There is a 10-day thing inside that takes you from nothing to your first list of real companies. No pitch — the whole classroom is free." WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY GET HERE They pick a path, they do the 10-Day Challenge, they post their check-ins. If they get stuck, I answer. That is the entire loop, and it works better with more people running it at once. And if you would rather not — genuinely fine. Say nothing and stay. Nothing in here is gated behind referring anyone, and it never will be. — George

🔟 The 10-Day Pipeline Challenge — start here
Ten days. Fifteen minutes a day. At the end of it you have a repeatable system that turns anonymous website traffic into a short list of companies worth emailing — and you have actually emailed some of them. It is the fastest route from "I installed the pixel" to "I got a reply." WHAT YOU DO EACH DAY Open that day's lesson in 🔟 10-Day Pipeline Challenge in the Classroom. Each one is short: why it matters, one action, and a check-in template to copy. Day 1 — Decide who a good lead actually is Day 2 — Get the pixel live and prove it fired Day 3 — Noise Reset: clear the junk Day 4 — Build the saved view that does the work Day 5 — Score it so the best float to the top Day 6 — Find the human, not the CEO Day 7 — Write the email: page, not person Day 8 — Send the first three Day 9 — Follow up, then stop Day 10 — Make it a 15-minute habit THE ONE RULE Post your check-in here, in this category, every day. Copy the template from the bottom of that day's lesson, fill it in, post it. That is the whole ask. People who post check-ins finish. People who do not, do not. This is not accountability theatre — writing down what you decided is what makes you actually use it tomorrow. THE WORKSHEET Day 1 has a spreadsheet attached to it — a tracker, the worksheet, all ten check-in templates and a pipeline tab. Download it once and use it for all ten days. WHEN TO START There is no cohort and no start date. Start today, start Monday, start whenever you have fifteen minutes. Just do them in order, and do not skip Day 1 — every other day points back at it. Stuck on something? Post it in ❓ Ask a Question, or bring it to the Tuesday live training and we will do it together on the call. — George

🔍 Want me to roast your setup? Post it here
Post the thing you are not sure about and I will tell you what I would change. Bluntly, but not unkindly. WHAT TO POST · A screenshot of your dashboard or your saved filter. Blur the company names — see the rules, that one matters. · The outreach email you are about to send. Paste the actual text, not a description of it. · Your exclusion list, if you cannot work out why the dashboard is still noisy. · Your ICP definition, if the companies coming through do not feel like buyers. · Your pricing, if you are on the agency track and about to quote someone. HOW TO GET A USEFUL ANSWER One line of context beats three paragraphs. Tell me what you sell, roughly who to, and what specifically is bugging you. "Here is my filter, I am getting 80 companies a week and none feel right" gets a far better answer than "thoughts?" BLUR THE DATA Real company names and real decision-maker contacts do not go in a public post. Blur them. That applies to everyone including me. WHY THIS CATEGORY EXISTS Most of what goes wrong with visitor identification is not a product problem, it is a settings problem or a copy problem, and both are obvious to someone who is not you. It takes me two minutes to look and it can save you a fortnight of wondering. Post the first one 👇 — and if you would rather not do it publicly, book a 1-1 setup call from the pinned post instead.

📊 Post your before and after here
Day 3 of the 10-Day Challenge is the Noise Reset. When you have done it, this post wants two numbers from you. BEFORE — how many companies your dashboard showed you before you cleaned it. AFTER — how many are left once your exclusion list is doing its job. That is the whole post. A screenshot is better, but the two numbers on their own are fine. WHY IT IS WORTH POSTING Because the gap between those two numbers is the difference between a tool you abandon and one you open every morning. Seeing other people's gaps is the fastest way to know whether yours is normal, too aggressive, or not aggressive enough. And honestly, it helps me. If ten people post and everyone lands around the same ratio, that tells me something about the defaults. If yours is wildly different I will come and look at why. WHAT ELSE BELONGS HERE · Reply rates from outreach to identified visitors, good or bad. · How many companies a week your saved filter surfaces once it is tuned. · The first meeting that came from a visitor you would never have known about. Good or bad. A number that disappointed you is more useful to everyone here than one that did not. We do this properly in the Tuesday NOISE RESET training — you write both numbers down live in the session. But you do not have to wait for that. If your dashboard is clean already, post yours now 👇
