@Ankhara Akeru Weekly self check-ins are great for self accountability. Make a list ,give yourself daily tasks , make it a habit to tick of your daily lists and make notes of what you could complete what you could not complete. At the end of the week take 1hour to write another list of why some tasks were completed and others were not. make two boxes. one being VALID another EXCUSE. Put your reasons into each box, did you have more VALID reasons or EXCUSES? At the end of the day Working on yourself is a job on its own and you should also put the time and effort doing that

@Ankhara Akeru YOU ARE MORE REAL THAN YOU KNOW!!.. It takes real strength to take on somebody else's problems with the weight of your own. everything you do in life is a reflection ,You helping others is helping you. the thing is you always show up weather u mask it ,you wake up you make sure to give your body what it needs to keep going, you help and encourage people. Try to change thought to thinking more about what does it do for you when you show up for others? , and how would you like to show up for yourself?...
Strength & Vulnerability
- “Real strength is asking for help when you need it.” - “You don’t have to carry it alone.” - “Strong men talk. Stronger men listen.” - “Silence doesn’t make pain disappear.”
