Hi everyone! need your opinion, insights , every opinion is welcome :) Long story short i have Greek children nursery rhymes and animated stories, and recently my channel was suspended from YPP for low-quality kids content (the latest ban wave for animation channels on YT). My appeal was rejected. I asked support what I need to improve, but they sent the general quality principles without identifying which category applies to my channel. I use AI tools for visuals, animation and music, with my own scripts, storyboards, creative direction and manual videoediting & DAW for the audio part. Has anyone here faced something similar and managed to understand what needed changing? If anyone has a few minutes, I would also appreciate honest feedback on this example. An example the Little Red Riding Hood classic story but in nursery rhyme style, lyrics are OC ( I wrote myself) and not a PD, the animation pacing with the lyrics, so the Greek language may make it harder to assess , I can provide an English translation if helpful. What, if anything, would you change to make the story clearer and more suitable for young children? I’m open to criticism and trying to understand what I may be missing. Each video took me around 40 hours, sometimes more, from lyrics, script and storyboard to production and post-production. Since begin of the channel, I have not deleted any of my videos, i kept them as a record of my progress, so I can look back see what worked and what didn’t, and improve the next one. From some quick research with Gemini, apparently they are most likely using AI since they are producing videos Weekly (too fast if they where doing everything manually). Their channel has only - 6 videos And they already have: - 11.2K Subscribers - 2.0 Million total views - The first video was posted on February 2026 I found it super interesting and also very inspiring. Any guesses of why they are most likely getting such traction? Why this channel is getting so many views and why is the YouTube algorithm sharing it like crazy? ---------- (The answers are in the book YouTube Formula by Derral Eves, and I am happy to provide answers here)

Sorry to miss yesterday's class/discussion. Friday afternoons are always crunch time for me, I'm always finishing up my next video. But I did want to share my latest. The animation isn't done with AI (I am still proudly using Cartoon Animator!), and the characters were designed and rigged by artists, but I did use AI to create most of the backgrounds/scenes in this one. (A few backgrounds from real artist - the side view of the dock, for example.) That saves me a lot of time and I'm happy with the results. I will continue to refine the look of the camp settings. I also experimented with some AI voice generation. The main characters (Dewey, Zack, Maya, Bob, the Moose, and one of the girl campers) are performed by my daughter and me, but I used typecast(dot)ai to create the voices for the rest of the young campers in the first story.
