We are 31 days out from the end of the federal fiscal year, and I want to see 12 contract submissions from every one of you before September 30. Twelve sounds heavy until you do the math. That is about three a week. One Monday, one Wednesday, one Friday. That is the whole plan. Here is why the number matters. The vendors who never win are usually the ones who submitted once, heard nothing, and decided the system was not built for them. The ones who win submit, lose, ask for the debrief, fix the weak section, and go again the next week. By bid seven your pricing is sharper. By bid ten your technical narrative reads like somebody who has done this before. By bid twelve you are not guessing anymore. One submission is a wish. Twelve is a pipeline. I attached the Pipeline Tracker to this post. Download it and save your own copy. Twelve numbered rows are already sitting there waiting on you. Fill in the yellow cells and it handles the rest, counting your submissions, tracking wins and losses, and showing you the pace you have to hold to finish on time. There is a How To Use tab if you want the walkthrough. The weekly rhythm, in case you want it simple: Monday, hunt. Pull three to five solicitations that match your NAICS codes and what you can actually deliver. Tuesday and Wednesday, build. Reuse your capability statement and your old narratives. Speed comes from templates. Thursday, price and check compliance line by line. Most losing bids are thrown out on a missing form, not on merit. Friday, submit. Log it. Start the next one. "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much." Luke 16:10 Every one of these twelve is a small thing by itself. Handle the small ones with care. Cohort session today at 5PM EST. Bring whatever solicitation you are working on right now and we will map out how you get your first three on the board this week. https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/9IeG68OlSNKRQnmgNHUjYg#/registration
