Monday
Monday motivation | Spartan Project 300 You joined this community because you wanted something to change. Keep that promise to yourself today. Get your workout in. Make time for your meals. Follow the plan even when your schedule gets difficult. Those decisions add up—and so do the ones you keep putting off. You don’t have to be the strongest person here. Bring effort, be willing to learn, and take responsibility for your progress. We’re here to help you get better. Let’s start this week with some accountability: What are you committing to this week? Put it in the comments, then come back Friday and tell us how you did. Let’s get to work. Challenge dropping in less than hour - we will start putting them up earlier - like Sunday night!!!!!! Frank

I be doing a couple short run this week, work on my hydration and get ready for the Ultra this weekend in Dallas.
Challenge Check in Day One
Welcome back, everyone! 👊 Checking in — how did everyone do with the challenges so far? Drop your progress in the comments. What felt good? What was tough? A few of you asked for tips on pull-ups, so here we go: If pull-ups are tough: • Use an assisted pull-up machine or resistance band • Start with slow negatives — get to the top and lower yourself for 3–5 seconds • Add dead hangs to build grip strength • Practice scapular pull-ups to learn how to engage your back • Keep your core tight and think about driving your elbows down toward your sides And if pull-ups are too easy… guess what? Make them harder. 😈 Try: • Weighted pull-ups • Slow 3–5 second negatives • Pause for 1–2 seconds at the top • Chest-to-bar pull-ups • Wide-grip pull-ups • 1½ reps — all the way up, halfway down, back up, then all the way down • Higher-rep sets with shorter rest periods The goal is simple: meet yourself where you are, then make it a little harder. Don’t just go through the motions. Challenge yourself, track your progress, and get better every week. Now check in below — how did you do?
