BE DELUSIONAL ABOUT YOUR DREAM
You have to be delusional about your dream. One thing I've discovered is that when you have a vision to do something, you must be so committed to it that even if nobody else believes in or supports your vision, you keep moving forward. Back in 2016, when I decided to leave my corporate job to start my own business and become a speaker and author, I told myself I would stay committed, even if nobody believed in what I was doing. I've held that commitment ever since. Because of that commitment, I kept working on my dream even when I almost went bankrupt, during the pandemic, and through a tough economy. The reason I continue is that I'm delusional about my dream and fully committed to it. So if you have something you want to do, you have to be delusional about your dream. Believe in it, even if nobody else does. Here are three things you can do to stay committed: 1. Write down your commitment. Many people have dreams but don't write down their commitment to themselves. If you create a contract and agree with yourself that you will keep moving forward with your dream no matter what, it will help you stay committed when you feel like giving up. 2. Protect your dream from distractions. When working on your dream, distractions will come. People may try to steer you away or get you to focus on things outside your vision. Negative people or difficult circumstances may try to pull you off course. Despite all that, you cannot let anyone or anything distract you. Keep moving forward with a clear vision. 3. Remind yourself why you started the dream in the first place. I grew up with low self-worth because of the scars left by my daddy, who left our family two weeks after promising he wouldn't. That low self-worth gave me purpose; it motivates me today to inspire millions of people to believe they are WORTHY TO BE GREAT. So, when I want to give-up, I think about those millions struggling with low self-worth. These three steps will help you stay delusional about your dream and committed to it. I encourage you to apply them in your life and keep going after your dream because You Are WORTHY TO BE GREAT!

INTRODUCE YOURSELF!
What's up, it's Gene! Welcome to the WORTHY TO BE GREAT Community. I have to be real with you all, I’m very excited about this community. I’ve always wanted a platform that allows me to build a community of like-minded people. What I’d like for you to do is introduce yourself to the community. Share a little story about yourself if you want or just tell us where you from. In this community, I will help you work on your mindset and build your self-worth so you can develop the confidence to take productive action toward your dreams. P.S. I have a FREE self-discipline course available in the classroom section as a token of appreciation for joining this community. I will be creating more courses based on your feedback regarding your self-worth and other challenges. I'll also be doing live sessions and offering coaching calls as well.
