I want to pause and acknowledge something important. We are in early February — about Week 4–5 for many of you. If things feel a little foggy right now, that is NORMAL. This is usually the point where information turns into execution — and that transition is uncomfortable. Here’s what I want you to understand clearly: 🧱 GATE 1 = VERIFICATION Gate 1 is about proving your business can be VERIFIED: • good standing • address alignment • no PO Box • USPS validation • business phone + email That’s compliance. That’s structure. That’s non-negotiable. 📘 THE PLANNER = YOUR ANCHOR The planner is where: • your information lives in ONE place • your decisions are documented • your progress becomes visible • you don’t have to rely on memory, scrolling, or motivation Printing the planner and writing in it is a HUGE win. Whether you’re a startup or 4+ years in — if you’re here, it’s because things were scattered before. Some people need tangible tools. Some people need to see their thinking. Some people need a place they can return to when class is over. That’s what the planner is for. 🧠 HERE’S THE DISTINCTION (THIS MATTERS) • The planner keeps you ALIGNED • Gate 1 keeps you ELIGIBLE You need BOTH. They do different jobs. I won’t hold your hand — but I will not leave you without a system. The planner is that system. The daily Gate posts are that structure. The community is here to help you think, not carry you. If you’re writing in your planner consistently, you’re doing the work. Now let’s make sure the foundations match it.
