The Wisdom in the Wound: Why I Keep Choosing to Heal 💜
For a long time, I just thought pain was normal. Like most people, I carried old hurts, heartbreaks, and family stuff, thinking that’s just life. “You just get on with it,” people would say. And I did. For years. But underneath it all, something didn’t feel right. No matter what I achieved or how many people I helped, a part of me still felt heavy—like something was unfinished. I’d learned how to keep going through pain, but not how to actually move through it. Then things started to shift. I began to see that trauma isn’t something you just manage—it’s something you can face and learn from. Behind every wound, there’s a story. And in those stories, there’s often something important waiting to be understood. That’s where Shamanic Transcendence Therapy came from. Not from books or theory—but from lived experience. From sitting with the uncomfortable stuff. From meeting my pain with care instead of pushing it away. It’s not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about reconnecting with the parts of us that have always been there—quiet, waiting to be remembered. Right now, I’m stepping into that space again. With the support of two wise and grounded women I trust, I’m going into another round of healing. To face the bits I’ve not yet looked at. To let the Earth hold me while I offer up what I’m carrying. Because no matter how much I’ve learned or shared with others, I’m still on this path. I always will be. And I want you to know—you don’t have to carry your pain forever. There is another way. One that doesn’t rush or avoid the hard stuff, but gently guides you through it. If something inside you is stirring… if a part of you is ready to look at what’s been buried… know that you’re not alone. There’s a path. It’s steady, it’s real—and when you’re ready, it’ll be there for you too. With love, Fed 🐝💜

I “felt” all of your words Fed 🧡 Thank you - Unintentionally stumbling across you wasn’t a coincidence, I don’t believe in them as you know. The man 😉 (soul) in my phone I never fully understood (even knew) just how much I needed. All of a sudden everything started making sense…and here I am ☺️ Meeting you has been one of my life’s greatest blessings 🙏 Thank you for being you, so open, honest and raw. Knowing that you’re still on your path to healing and probably always will be, makes me, for one, not feel so alone in this and more gentle on myself that it is ok to not have all my **** together. If Fed (our man of all wisdom 😉) is still on his journey, after all the hard work you’ve done on yourself, then it shows/allows me (us) to be more accepting of my pain (very long path) and feeling safe to be able to do so 🧡🙏🧡 I hope having us all in your tribe helps you on your healing journey too…..as much as we’re able to do so - thank you for all you do Fed, for being you and sharing your heart, soul and hard work with us. Xxxx Gayle

Feeling incredibly grateful and proud after receiving the most beautiful feedback from my recent course. What started as a vision to help women move from self-doubt to deep inner confidence has grown into something even more powerful. A space of healing, connection, and transformation. To hear that this journey is helping others feel more confident, calm, connected, and supported (their words 😄) honestly, it means everything. Thank you to the amazing women who have trusted me to guide them, you’re the reason I do this work. Here’s to growing, healing, and rising together.
