Term: Intellectual Property (IP) Pillar: Intellectual Property 💥 Definition: Intellectual property is anything you create in your business that gives you a competitive edge and can be legally protected. For AI founders, that could be your code, your trained model, your dataset, your brand name, or even your secret sauce workflow in n8n. Think of IP as the invisible assets that make your company valuable—even more than the hardware you run it on. 👉 Intellectual Property Ownership Clause in a Contractor Agreement: “Contractor agrees that all work product, code, models, datasets, documentation, or other materials created in the course of providing services shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company. Contractor hereby assigns to Company all rights, title, and interest in such work product.” ❓ What part of your business do you think would be the most valuable IP if an investor asked you today? Thanks for the welcome, I have been involved with Skool groups for close to a year now, had a bit of a dip in attendance when I prepared to move from my corporate job to starting my own business. I am building a few demo products for potential clients, but also trying to start my own Skool community where I can teach others that want to learn to build their own SaaS products and apps either for their business or as a stand alone subscription product. I want to make this for total beginners that don't know how to use an IDE or have not programmed before and by the time they are done they will have built out their very own apps and products. The difference with this community will be that it is not going to be a copy and paste process, we will all build our very own apps and learn as we build, so I am really excited to get started with this, I am actually starting the first few lessons and setting up the community this morning. I will be going through everything and that's why I want to learn more about the legal side so I can ensure all my students are aware of the legal side and know how to protect their products and themselves when developing potentially high value apps.

I am wondering why you would still use WordPress, it is easier and more efficient to build it using an AI tool. I would suggest a tool, but it depends on what you want to build and which types of coders are you famiar with. I would be very happy to build your site for you, just shout if you want me to assist.
