EBay scammers 😂
Me being a sausage… had a message about an order before payment to email them as it’s easier apparently…. So I did anyways then want a gift card adding all that speech. Obviously not doing it now how do I cancel there unpaid order or do I have to wait 5 days so I don’t get bad feed back. Newbie error 😂

Hi Sophie, Sorry to hear you have had this issue. I would wait to see if the order is paid for first which doubt will happen. Contact eBay tomorrow via live chat and ask for a call back – someone will phone you within a few minutes and ask them to look at the messages. They can see all messages between seller and buyer and ask for their advice. If the buyer does pay for the order, then as a seller you have an obligation to post the order to the buyer at the address they provided and not at liberty to offer any extra special service they are asking for which was not highlighted in your listing. eBay may step in beforehand and recommend you do not send the order. Out of interest what is the value of the order. Gary

Fantastic! Please do let us know how you get on. The minute the buyer suggested to take a transaction outside of ebay will be a flag for them, but expecting you to go to a shop and buying a card is crazy.

Wholesalers and Experiences 👀
I'm looking at buying some boxes/bales from wholesalers, but there are so many with various good/bad reviews. I was wondering if anyone on here has any experience with any wholesalers that they would recommend or definitely not recommend and why? Also happy to hear about any Fleek shops too. 😊

I use bulk wholesale suppliers and don't have any issues. It is also about relationship building with the suppliers and I used three of them and as of yet not received any bad batches.

HELP! EBay return
Hi all any advice would be really appreciated, I had a return on an item no problem this can happen with with our business, the problem is they’ve put the wrong address on the return, I’ve messaged the buyer had nothing back, could eBay do something or is there a way of contacting eBay to explain what’s happen it feels wrong I would have to refund buyer and not receive my item back (this is my address)

Hi Andrew, What a video. It is very easy to get caught up in a trap and very hard to get out of it. You chose the hard way in getting yourself back on track and this is a huge credit to yourself. You have turned an addition into an incredible story that can and will inspire many people and hopefully others can follow your example. Well done. Your achievement is incredible
