I see my job as my first investor, not my final destination. Most people treat their paychecks like finish lines. I treat mine like startup capital. Every shift, every overtime hour, every "clock in" is money I can redirect into skills, tools, and systems that buy my freedom later. That might look like: - Paying off high-interest debt so your future income is yours - Stacking cash for software, mentorship, or a community that shortcuts your learning - Investing in your side hustle instead of upgrading the truck, TV, or weekend habits - Using your “off” hours to build something that can eventually out-earn your job. Your job does not have to be the enemy. It can be your silent partner - the one funding your exit plan while you quietly build. The key is this: are you just surviving on that paycheck, or are you assigning every dollar a job that moves you closer to freedom? How are you using your current job to fuel your future?
