Who was your favorite Super Hero of All Time when you were a kid!
When I was a kid, I watched Batman and Superman on Television! but it was Iron man and the Fantastic Four for me! Although I never got into comics. Most of my experience was television cartoons. How about You? Which ones stood out?

When it’s Sunday in the UK and absolutely Baltic outside, the Consultant’s Cold Weather Survival Kit becomes less of a suggestion and more of a spiritual doctrine. You start by layering up in thermals thick enough to double as emotional armour, because if your clothing isn’t as robust as your client boundaries, you’re not stepping over the threshold. You mix a Frostbitten Mimosa - champagne and orange soda shaken violently in a desperate attempt to generate body heat - and sip it like you’re trying to forget Mike’s outrageous claim that “we need to go out.” You adopt the Founder Stare, that slow, contemplative gaze out the window that communicates both wisdom and a firm refusal to engage with weather that feels like a personal attack. You gather your emergency consultant rations: a smug sense of discipline, two fleece layers, and three airtight reasons why leaving the house is “not aligned with Q1 priorities.” And when Mike insists again, you deploy the Exit Strategy: announce you’re grabbing your coat, walk confidently into another room, and never return.

@Mike Gagnon I did live in Finland and I actually enjoyed the cold there, much more livable than the dismal cold of blighty
Where do you want to be in five years?
Imagine that money and resources are no longer an issue. Wish there were a software that would do X for you? It exists. Want expensive equipment? You have the funds. What would you do with it? Where would you like to be with your creative venture in 5 years, if there were no hurdles? Sound off in the comments so that we can figure out how the Creative Illuminati can get you there!

Five years? At my age I’m just delighted if I remember where I left my cappucino. But in all seriousness — I don’t think I’ll be in my ‘final box’ just yet. I’m having far too much fun creating, teaching, and building things that help people make sense of themselves and the world. If resources were limitless, I’d spend the next five years doing exactly what I’m already doing — just with more reach, more collaboration, and more room to play. A creative ecosystem by the sea, where stories, music, wildlife, and clarity all mingle happily… and where the kettle is always on. So that’s my vision: keep growing, keep sharing, keep helping others shine — and stay out of any boxes for as long as possible.
