Lead Prospect not answering tip
My agents and I have been having better success with the prospects who we have dialed a ton with no answer or straight to voicemail by sending a simple text " HEY IS THIS "prospect's name"? it is resulting in very quick responses.

I HAVE GOTTEN BETTER RESPONSE WITH SMS BEING VERY SHORT TO GET A RESPONSE. ONCE THEY ARE RESPONDING THEN I FOLLOW UP WITH "CAN YOU GIVE ME A QUICK CALL BACK IT IS INREGARDS TO THE MORTGAGE". AND THAT HAS YIELDED MORE CONVERSATIONS WITH PROSPECTS RECENTLY.

I would like the age of prospect to maybe be restricted to where if over 75 they cannot complete form.
