I've just finished recording this interview with Jakub Szamalek, narrative designer at The Witcher III: The Wild Hunt, Cyberpunk 2077 and many others. We got some amazing insights into his work and how Narrative and Storytelling can (in the best and worst of ways) have an influence on behavior, retention and engagement.
