I am so thankful for this program! I had watched Gavyn's YouTube videos for months and really liked how he modified exercises for older folks, so I decided to take the plunge. I am definitely seeing increased strength and endurance. He is very motivating and encouraging. I don't know how he does it all, but he personally works with each individual through this program. If you are willing to make the commitment to improve, it is my opinion that you won't regret joining this online community.
