Bio: I finally figured out how to upload my own picture. I started 2 weeks ago and now my brain fog is lifting some. I have had CFS for about 42 years.

Bio: Hi, I’m Michelle. I live in Alberta, Canada with my husband. I found CFS Recovery Academy in September of 2023 and ‘graduated’ in April 2024.

Bio: I'm 45, have a wonderful husband and 2 amazing daughters (ages 10 and 14.) I been dianosed with POTS for a little over a year, but have been sick 2+.
