@Evelyn Weiss - question for you: I created my community as follows: originally free, then at about 50 members I went to a low ticket paid, then I created a premium and VIP tier. So now, currently my member access is either standard ($27/mo), premium ($47), or VIP ($333/annual). Free founding members have the standard access. But here is my dilemma. I'd like to phase out the $27 tier altogether, going forward. But if I remove that tier, that means $47 becomes "standard" which gives the free and $27 members access to premium. I'm trying to see if there's some kind of a workaround so that the people already in keep what they have, but going forward I don't need to offer that anymore. TIA :)

@Evelyn Weiss I have 183 members currently. 21 on monthly standard (plus 68 founding free) and to complicate matters more, I used to have a standard annual tier so there's another 18 in that (which I don't want to renew). Then I have 52 monthly premium and 22 annual premium. I run ads to either a $27 low ticket workshop or direct to Skool page and do summit guest speaking events.

Sam's response to the Claude ad ... you can tell they hit a nerve. He's quite defensive. I just did a YouTube video about AI's personalities and character being dependent on how they are "raised" because it really does keep me up at night. Especially when they do become more powerful than us. Claude get's my business. They've always put safety as a higher priority than ChatGPT.
