Hello everyone, it's me, Dominique. I'm delighted to be with you! "A few words to introduce myself." I spent most of my life in schools: first as a student, then as a teacher, and later as a trainer and director. I traveled extensively and lived abroad for many years. As a musician, I led numerous artistic projects with children's choirs, particularly in Réunion. I love to write, drawing inspiration from time, travels, experiences, encounters, trials... I also love reading. Discovering the work of François Cheng and practicing internal energy arts led me to the paths of Yuntai Shan. For the past three years, I have been going there regularly to hone my skills in Taijiquan and Qigong, and I am also learning the principles of traditional Chinese medicine there. Having lived with Parkinson's disease for nine years, my foremost principle is to always stay in motion—physically, intellectually, and spiritually. I write as I practice martial arts, with precision, rigor, and high standards, in search of harmony, balance, and beauty.
