Going to break fast tomorrow afternoon, felt quite sharp and energized today all the way until I got home. That’s where I felt the crash lol, granted I went to a jiu jitsu class 7am this morning, 3 back to back clients and taught a heated class so my body is definitely feeling it lol Mentally I feel great, sharp and a lot more keen on my senses. My body does feel a little more achey, but grounded. Got the beef broth simmering for tomorrow 😎
reset TUESDAY: Still Fasted? Hour 48-72 Final Turn
Brothers, The full moon came out. We are in full moon energy. It came into the sky at 7:57pm. We saw it bright around 8:30 to 8:45pm Eastern, and from 9 to 9:30 it was shining. You can actually go outside right now and still probably see it. I personally was on the beach going through my prompts. So here we are, approaching hour 48. Some of you who started Saturday night are now at hour 60. What a journey it is. From hour 48 to hour 60, here is what has happened to your body. Autophagy has been ramping for the last full day. Your cells have been clearing out damaged proteins and broken machinery you have been carrying for years. Insulin is at the floor. Your brain has been running on ketones, not glucose. Growth hormone has been elevated. You have likely slept differently than you have in a long time. Here is what is happening right now. The cleanup is going deeper. Your immune system is starting to regenerate. BDNF, the protein that builds new brain cells, is climbing. Stem cells are beginning to mobilize. The mental clarity you are feeling is not in your head, it is in your blood. Here is what will happen for the rest of today and into tomorrow. As you cross into hour 60 and approach hour 72, stem cell production peaks. Your immune system gets an actual reboot. Old cells are recycled. Inflammation drops in places you have not been able to address with anything else. This is the protocol earning its name. Congratulate yourself. Be proud. For those of you who started Saturday night, you are rounding 72 hours. If you can make it to tomorrow morning for a group breaking of the fast, that is awesome. If you need to break the fast tonight at the 72-hour mark, here is what to do. Get yourself some organic sauerkraut and start with that. Another way is to sip on bone broth. Add some salt, heat it up, sip slowly. That is protein, and it will be the first thing entering your body. Some of you might have to go number two, and it might be a little uncomfortable. That is why we slow refeed. Pay attention to that.

Still fasting! Sleep wasn’t that good, woke up at 3am with a lottt of energy, still feeling good though! I’m assuming bc my body didn’t need to break down food so it didn’t need much sleep? Idk but today I feel a lot more focused and less drag.

reset MONDAY: 24 Hrs of Fasting (or more)
Brothers, You're awake. We are at hour 24. (Some of you hour 36) Whatever you're feeling right now, tired, sharp, hungry, clear, all of it at once, sit with it for a second. Most of you just spent a night your body has not had in months or years. That matters. Here's what's happening in you right now. Autophagy is picking up. Your cells are sorting through the damaged, the worn out parts and breaking them down for parts. Insulin is at the is very low. Ketones are rising. The brain fog you might have felt yesterday is about to lift and turn into the clearest thinking you've had in a long time. You don't have to do anything to make this happen. It happens because you didn't eat. You have 12 hours until hour 36. Some of you are at hour 36 now! Awesome! 12 hours between the man who set the safe target and the man who came here for the actual reset. Today is the alignment day. At 7:57pm tonight, the Strawberry Full Moon hits its peak. Three minutes later, you hit hour 36 or even 48 dependimg on when you started. That is not a coincidence in the schedule. That is the entire reason this protocol exists. Here is today's mission. Stay light on the moves. Walk, sun, salt in your water, sip on it slowly throughout the day. Stay off the food content and the food smells. If you have your kids today, be present with them, not around them. If you don't, get outside before the heat hits. Save the heavy thinking for the evening. If you hit a wall thus afternoon, you are not failing, you are arriving. That is the wall the whole protocol is built around. Breathe through it. Drop a comment in here. We answer. Tonight at 7:57pm, get still. Stop whatever you are doing. Look up if you can see the moon. Mark it. This is the moment you came here for. After that, sleep. Wake up at hour 48 (or 60). Coast home to 72 or more. Water, salt, black coffee. Nothing else. No calories, no supplements. If you feel the want or need to break the fast, keep organic coconut water, organic pressed juice, or beef broth available and next to you. All of those will break the fast, and if you must, then do that. Stay in with us for its entirety. Still fasting! Have been tempted with a lot of food the past 24-36 hours, the senses are definitely heightened. But instead of letting my mind/personality focus on the “lack” of food, I’m choosing to be grateful for my body’s ability to have ALL of these senses. I can literally smell the different ingredients of whatever food my girlfriend is cooking, my hearing seems to be sharper and I don’t feel the need to overextend myself socially either since I need the energy. All of which is a part of my intention of connecting deeper to my body, my mind and the self. Journaling now!
reset SUNDAY day 3: We FAST, the 1st 12 hours
Brothers, Today we begin the next part of this experience. 8am is the line. Two days of clean eating behind you, up to 72 hours of fast in front of you, and a full moon on Monday night that we are walking toward together. If you are reading this, you have likely already done more than most men ever will. You set a date, you prepared your body, you showed up. That matters. Don't skip past it. Here is the mission for the first 12 hours. Drink water. Add a pinch of sea salt if you start to feel light. Move your body, walk, get sun on your skin. Stay off the food content on social, it will work against you today. If you feel hunger, do not fight it, just notice it. Hunger is not an emergency, it is information. Your body is asking for the old fuel and finding none, so it is about to learn how to burn the new one. This is your opportunity to implement awareness and truly use your mind as the tool to honor your body and yourself. This first stretch is the easy stretch. Insulin is dropping, and the good cells are preparing to go after the old and broken ones. You won't feel much yet. That's normal. The work happens underneath. Water, salt, black coffee. Nothing else. No calories, no supplements. Do your best. If you feel the want or need to break the fast, keep organic coconut water, organic pressed juice, or beef broth available and next to you. All of those will break the fast, and if you must, then do that. Stay in with us for its entirety as best you can. I will be checking in a couple times a day and available for each of you if you want one on one support. Stay close to the group today. reset SATURDAY Day 2: Lock it in!
One day down. One to go before the fast. Today is the bridge. What you eat and drink today, plus what you eat tomorrow morning before 8 AM, determines how the fast starts. Dial it in. Before you read on make an importantn note. Two things that you will need to start the fast. 1) Sea salt, either Celtic or Baja gold. You can get at any grocery store but try to get the best quality coarse sea salt that will be added to your water. It will be the first thing you drink in the morning. A nice little pinch and preferably spring water or filtered water 6-8 ounces, and you're good to go 2) Journal - it doesn't have to be fancy. You can pick up a notebook for a $1 or 2 or get yourself a nice journal at a bookstore, but we're going be journaling. through this experience. You're not gonna be writing a book.You're just gonna be putting down some basic notes to give you.Some guidance in the following areas that are custom to you. Mind, Body, Spirit, Relationships, Money Wellness, Play / Adventure, and Wants / Desires. Now on to today! Today's mission: Eat clean again - Same rules as yesterday. Whole foods, protein you cook, fruit, vegetables. Nothing packaged, nothing refined, no alcohol. Hydrate hard - Water all day. Add a pinch of sea salt to one or two glasses. Your electrolytes matter more than you think once the fast starts. Prep your space - Clear the kitchen of anything that will tempt you on Monday and Tuesday. If it's not in the house, you can't eat it at 9 PM when the cravings hit. Plan your Sunday morning meal now - You've got until 8 AM tomorrow to eat. Make it count. Something clean and substantial. Eggs, fruit, protein. Then the runway closes. Sleep early - 9 or 10 PM. You want to wake rested, not dragging. IMPORTANT Talk to the people you live with, Agian - If you live with anyone, your wife, your girlfriend, your kids, a roommate, talk to them today. Tell them what you're doing and why it matters to you. Ask for their support, not their opinion. The last thing you need this week is someone waving a slice of pizza in your face or rolling their eyes when you skip dinner. You need the people around you to hold the line with you, even if they don't understand it. A quiet house, a respectful kitchen, and one person in your corner can be the difference between finishing strong and breaking early. Have the conversation now, before the cravings hit.
