From 24 to 120 Members in 30 Days
I just hit a major milestone with my first AI community on Skool: 120 members in the first 30 days at $10/mo. However, it wasn't a smooth start. During the first two weeks, I was struggling and only managed to land 24 members. I knew something had to change. What I fixed: 1. The Offer Structure: I tweaked how I presented the value proposition to make it a "no-brainer." 2. Ad Strategy: I shifted my creative approach to stop the scroll and speak directly to the pain points of my niche. The results accelerated almost immediately after those changes. 📈 Why Skool? Honestly, the platform makes everything so much easier. The gamification naturally drives higher engagement, and the community aspect significantly reduces churn. It’s been a game-changer for keeping people active and excited. What's next? My goal is to reach 300 members to build massive social proof and high-level interaction before raising the price. Going all in! If you're on the fence about starting your community, just do it. The data you get from those first few "slow" weeks is exactly what you need to scale. Let’s crush it! 🚀🤖💰

Shiny Object Syndrome
Hey crew! I would love some help in choosing a focus area for my first community. I have too many ideas and not enough time to pursue all of them. These are all things I am currently doing in my life/work so I want to go the route of documenting the process with a community focus. I would be honored if you all would cast some votes on which thing sounds most interesting to you!

🚀 Transitioning from the Spanish Market: Need Your Advice!
Hey guys, quick question for the community! I’ve been selling in the Spanish-speaking market for over 15 years, primarily in digital marketing and personal development (including a successful speed reading course). I’m proud to say I’ve generated several millions in sales over the years in Spanish. However, I’m incredibly excited about the potential of Skool communities, and I’ve decided to launch my very first project in the English market. I’m currently brainstorming the best niche to start with and would love to get your expert insights. Given my background, I’m torn between a few directions: Option 1: Digital Marketing - Broad: General digital marketing strategies. - Niche: Focusing specifically on one channel like Instagram growth, Facebook Ads, or Funnels. Option 2: Personal Development - Broad: General self-improvement/mindset. - Niche: Narrowing down into specific philosophies like Stoicism, Masculinity, or my existing expertise in Speed Reading. My Question to You: If you were starting fresh in the English market today with my experience, would you go broad or hyper-niche? And which of these categories do you feel is "happening" right now on Skool? I’m beyond excited to start this new adventure in English. Thanks a million in advance for any advice or feedback you can share!

Pixel tracking vs no pixel 👀
Hey legends, I'm about to launch a simple paid meta ad leading to my skool community, would it make more sense to do it with the hobby plan or the pro plan? (specifically the 3-7 day validation ads at $10-$15/day) Also, for anyone who’s been through this: - Did starting without a pixel hold you back at all? - Was retargeting actually worth it once you upgraded? - Or is it smarter to keep it cheap early and switch later? Keen to hear your answers from actual experience and what you'd do if you were starting over 🙏

Hey Im at the same point now. But I think if you want to get free members with the pixel so you will need a paid one. If you are using another strategy like a free pdf or list building you can do it with the free.
