Today I'm holding myself accountable by doing power hour and doing 50 round kicks per leg.

This morning I woke up at 6am with my alarm and did a power hour!!

I have not been holding myself accountable for the last week and half. Katie and Finnick were gone for a week and I kind of got caught up in enjoying my alone time. And I've been pretty sick the last 4 days but Im now coming out of it.

Keeping up hitting them round kicks. Did 80 each side today. Also forgot to post yesterday but submitted to some projects.

Work got in the way yesterday. And didn't hold myself accountable. Haven't done any power hours yet, but did 50 round kicks each side again today.
