What I would have done differently!
When I decided to take the PMP exam, I looked at almost every recommended material out there. I read AR's book, Rita's guide, PMBOK 6th (several chapters) and 7th editions (90% of the book), the Agile Practice Guide (read twice), and several other texts that I cannot recall. I also watched several Udemy videos, including Joseph Phillips, ARx2, and DMx2. On YouTube: MR, AR, DM, Edzest, Ricardo Vargas and possibly 20 other PMP prep videos, then I invested in Study Hall Plus and I was considering the PMI exam simulator. But, as you can guess, this approach ended up being a recipe for frustration and burnout. Despite my study mates reassuring me that I was ready, I felt unprepared and rescheduled my exam. Looking back, I wish I had focused on just a few resources, maybe the AR Udemy course, Agile Practice Guide, and Study Hall. I've learned that it's perfectly fine to stick to the same material and review it multiple times instead of trying to cover every book, course, and website like I did. And honestly, I don't think anyone can get 100% on the exam, it's just not realistic. Has anyone else had a similar experience with PMP exam prep?"

Absolutely, it is frustrating, mainly becauce due to the amount of information available. PMP Prep basics recommended by PMI: -> PMBOK7 -> Process practice guide -> Agile practice guide This list is not nice to have; it is the baseline. Now, every 35-hour program uses the same source material above. Which means theoretically, all materials are the same, but they explaining the same slightly differently. Which one is the best? Depending on your learning style. If you are a reading person, U need a book. If you are a visual learning, U need a course.
Experience
Hi I am project coordinator for the legal field. I only have some PM experience and in Jan 2026, God willing, I will make 3 years, what if i dont have 36months of exp, will 2 years be suffice or should i apply for the application when I make 3 years?

Hey @Jenny Arocha - you have to demonstrate 36 months of leading project experience from the past 8 years :-)
PMI Study Hall or TIA ExamSimulator
Hello! Has anyone here used both Study Hall and the TIA Exam Simulator? I need to choose one between the two and would sincerely appreciate your feedback on which one you found most useful.

hi @Nehemiah Fensuah both our high quality. But, nobody has exactly the same questions you going to get on PMP exam, except PMI. Which means the closest you can get will be PMI study hall. But explanations are terrible.
