Wednesday - 5-5-5
5 things you are grateful for.. 5 minutes to write out the things you want to accomplish in 5 days, weeks, months, years 5 things that will happen once you get these done Step 1. Its not about commitment, the hustle, the grind or anything heavy like that - its about thinking that if I were to design my life here are the things I am proud to have accomplished, obtained, attained, attracted etc.. Step 2. Thinking how I was able to obtain those things, how can I make a few millimeter shift in my efforts or perspective to get the next level or phase of my wonderful life that I've created Step 3. Step into the life as if you have already ccomplished, obtained, attained, attracted etc.. There it is - Now get after it!!

CTF!
What is CTF?Customer Touch Friday. Every customer in your pipeline deserves a little tap on the shoulder before the weekend. Not about you, not about your deal — it’s about them. This is how you build trust, keep the relationship warm, and stand out as a pro. Steps are simple: - ☎️ Call them. Don’t text unless you can’t get them on the line. - 🎯 Keep it short, personal, and human. - 🙌 Appreciate the journey. Tell them it’s been great working together. - 💬 Personal intro. Share something real — “Heading to the coast with family.” Then ask if they’ve got plans. - ❌ Don’t ask for the deal. Don’t bring up POs, paperwork, or your quota. This is about relationship. - ✅ Close clean. Ask if they need anything from you or the team. Tell them it’s a pleasure. Wish them a great weekend. Done. Sample Script: “Hey Jack, just wanted to give you a quick call before the weekend. I’ve got family coming into town, first time we’ve been together in a while, so we’re heading to the coast. You got any plans this weekend? .....Before I sign off, do you need anything from me or the team? Alright then, it’s been a real pleasure working with you guys. I’m enjoying the collaboration. Have a great weekend and we’ll talk next week.” The best of the best do this every single Friday. And if you hear someone yell out “CTF!” in the office, you know it’s your people.

Tuesday!
Get cranking on your goals. Set 3 small goals. Make them achievable>>>Show up everyday and do the work. This is how progress is made. Celebrate the success. Who cares how small or big they are - showing up and proving to yourself that you can accomplish what you set out to do is what counts the most.
