Branding Bundles
What is everyone's view on branding bundles around holidays? I was going to do a Halloween branded bundle around memberships, but it's late. But based on Bree's recent post about the calculator I saw that there's still time for a bundle launch in December. How do you decide on the branding of your bundle?

@Maylene May my niche is Membership Retention and Engagement so I’d like to stay within that niche. I’m going to hold on to my Halloween themed one, but I may just do a niche one around December that is not holiday branded like Community Builders Bundle (all about launching and nurturing communities) or something else that is parallel or part of the membership niche.

@Bree Boucher ahh you’re so brilliant thank you!
Q4 Bundles, Summits + other Collabs - is there still time to host?
Yes, there's still time... but you need to get moving ASAP if you want to host your own collaboration event before the end of the year. One of the templates I share inside Collab Better is a Timeline Calculator (see image) for a Bundle, which helps you to map out the timeline and the specific steps that you need to follow when planning and executing your bundle. I was just recording a loom for a prospective DFY Bundle Project Management client to show them how much time it takes to execute a Bundle and explain that if they wanted to host one in Q4 this year we would need to start working on the project by the week commencing 7 October (not including any onboarding and project kick-off sessions) - that would result in a Bundle that was live for the week of Black Friday, and includes time for a back-end launch in early December. However, if they're thinking of a Bundle in early Q1 2025 then we also would need to start working on the project ASAP because December + January is a little bit of a black hole, so the majority of the preparation needs to happen before the end of this year. In order to pick back up the event and launch it in January or February. So, even if you're wanting to DIY a Bundle or other in depth collaboration event like a Summit or a Collab Course - you really need to get your skates NOW on for Q4 or Q1 2025. I'm here to support you, inside this community or if you need implementation support for your event, inside Collab Better. If you'd like me to help you execute so you don't have to do it yourself, then let's talk about a DFY package (Learn More Here ➡️ Google Doc Sales Page).

💡 Market Research Thread
Need to conduct some market research for a product or project? Drop your project and who you're looking for in the comments below to find your market research partners. Not sure what to ask during a market research call? Here's some questions I've pulled from the workbook for Subtle Sales Mastery workshop: Questions to ask - indirect sales, targeted at experts or those who have some level of understanding already and may be peers: - What do you wish you knew back when you started, that you now know? - What help would you have been grateful for back then? - What was the hardest part of [the thing they achieved that is related to your offer]? - What is your vision? How does [the thing you do] fit into this vision? Questions to ask - direct sales, targeted at people who want but don’t already have the thing you are creating: - What areas or skill gaps are you currently dealing with as it relates to [the thing] - What have you tried in the past to solve this problem? - What are your biggest challenges to fulfilling your vision / [desirable] goals? - How ready do you feel you are to [do the thing you want to sell]? - What would your life/business look like if you had the solution to your problem? Questions to ask - post sales survey/market research: - Did you see [the thing] via [email, social media, etc.] when I was promoting [dates]? - Did you have any burning questions that were unanswered during this [sale/promo/launch]? - Did you click through to the website for more information? - Why did you choose not to buy [thing] this time? (giving a multiple choice to select is best)

@Bree Boucher what’s the extent of what we can ask for? E.g., I have a new product that I would like 1 or 2 people to experience and would like their feedback on.
