Hi everyone, I’m Gloria and I’m here to continue my journey of taking better care of my health. My biggest wellness challenge is my weight. I gained a lot when my husband passed away and I’m determined to get to my ideal ( healthy) weight.My first weekly goal is to walk at least 4 days weekly to start and increase the days in about 60 days.I will join the 21 day challenge….
