Do science fair judges care about real world-feasability?
So i made a ML model to diagnose a disease for way cheaper, way more accessible, and more accurate than it is currently. Therefore, I can make big claims on how impactful it could be. I can prove these claims with the performance on the validation set and by just estimating the cost. However, I don't actually have a way of like applying this in the real world, so can i still make big claims like this when i don't have real world proof of how this would work? Also, i'm 90% sure my model isn't overfit i did everything i could to minimize that including strong reg, validation set, smote, etc, and stuff so the accuracy is legit
Publication question (please help)
do colleges and research programs care where you publish? i found a journal run by some institution in india thats pretty sketchy according to online stuff but they are google scholar pubmed indexed and only cost 45 to publish or can i settle for a high school journal but not the super expensive predatory ones https://ijsrst.com/index.php/home and this is similar story: https://www.cureus.com also i dont wanna spend ages figuring out publishing after writing a long as paper

Publication in grad-level journals question please help (Should i ask them if i can publish there?))
So i found actual grad-level journals that are good and could publish my research for free https://link.springer.com/journal/10916/articles https://alz-journals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/toc/23528729/current https://link.springer.com/journal/44174 they dont explicitly say if they publish high schoolers or not (i wrote and did it on my own)(computational project) but have a uni prof mentor helping me since they dont explicitly say whether or not they take high schoolers, and it doesnt look like any have published in it, should i first email them asking if they will? thing is they might assume that a high schoolers research would be trash and automatically say no without looking at my paper, but if i just submit it they would see the research and be convinced that its worthy of submission? anyone have guidance on what i could do
What to use to make tables for research papers?
Im writing a paper and what software should i use to make tables or do it directly with google docs inbuilt table function
Science fair/research paper visuals question
in science fairs, are you allowed to have graphics/visual representations from other sources not made yourself as long as you cite it? for instance if im trying to explain how a certain algorithm or theory or concept and want to use a visual, could i just find one from online and put it but still cite where i got it from even if you are allowed too, does it make your project look worse to judges? same question for publications
