Most people will read this and still stay silent. Don’t be one of them.
This community has value, but value only works when it’s shared. New members are often stuck wondering where to start.Existing members sometimes know a lot but feel unsure about their next move. The difference between staying stuck and moving forward is simple: speaking up instead of staying silent. So let’s do this together. If you’re new here: What’s the one thing you’re trying to understand right now? If you’ve been here a while: What’s one lesson you wish you knew earlier? Drop your thoughts below. One comment can create clarity for you and direction for someone else.

I used to think success was waiting for Monday. Turns out Monday has been waiting for me this whole time.
Funny how we joke about procrastination, but somehow it keeps winning awards in our lives. We laugh about “starting next week,” we joke about “just one more scroll,” we even turn delays into memes, yet months pass, and nothing changes. Here’s the part hidden inside the joke: Success doesn’t respond to excuses. Growth doesn’t care how busy you feel. And progress definitely doesn’t wait for perfect timing. Most people aren’t lazy. They’re just very good at postponing their own potential. So let me ask you, half-joking, half-serious: What’s that one thing you keep laughing off that you know you should’ve started already? And if today was the deadline, would you finally take it seriously? Drop it below. Sometimes laughing at the truth is the first step to acting on it.

Read this slowly: the life you want is not delayed, it’s being avoided.
That’s a hard truth, but it’s an honest one. Most people in this community are not stuck because they lack ability, resources, or opportunities. They’re stuck because they keep postponing the uncomfortable decisions that lead to growth. Here’s something valuable to reflect on: Progress doesn’t require massive changes. It requires ownership. Ownership of your time. Ownership of your habits. Ownership of the choices you make when no one is watching. The moment you stop waiting for permission, motivation, or the perfect conditions is the moment things begin to shift. No strategy works if the mindset behind it is broken. No opportunity helps if the person holding it refuses to act. So here are questions I want you to sit with, not rush past: What are you avoiding right now that you know would move you forward? What excuse do you keep repeating that no longer makes sense? If nothing changes in the next six months, would you be proud of how you used your time? This community has knowledge, experience, and people who are willing to share. But growth only happens when you speak up and take responsibility for where you are. Before you scroll, answer one thing honestly in the comments: What is the one decision you know you need to make, but you’ve been delaying? Let’s turn reflection into action, together.
If you scroll past this, you’re choosing to stay stuck.
Most people in this community are carrying challenges that nobody sees, and that’s exactly why their progress keeps slowing down. Not because they lack talent. Not because they lack ambition. But because they haven’t spoken about the one thing stopping them from moving forward. Every time you hold back your challenges, you delay your breakthrough. You can only fight in silence for so long before it starts draining your energy, your focus, and your results. This space was created for growth, but growth only starts when you’re honest about where you’re struggling. So before you scroll and return to the same routine that isn’t working, answer this: What is the one challenge you’re facing right now that you know you need clarity or direction on? Is it lack of direction? Is it not knowing where to start? Is it inconsistency? Is it fear of failure? Is it confusion from too much information? Is it trying to do everything alone? Drop it below. Someone here has already faced it, solved it, and can point you in the right direction. Your progress starts with your honesty. What’s the challenge holding you back right now?

@Jacqueline Hollows That’s a powerful shift you made, you didn’t just sit in the doubt, you moved into action, and that’s exactly where momentum lives. What you described is something so many people go through when growth starts to stretch them, especially around sales and visibility. You handled it in a really disciplined way by changing your environment, your focus, and your rules. That’s leadership in itself. Out of curiosity, when those doubts first hit, what part felt hardest, the selling, the consistency, or trusting the process again?

@Jacqueline Hollows That’s such a powerful realization and honestly, it’s one many people take years to reach. It’s amazing how clarity comes after you stop fighting the fog and give yourself the space to actually observe what’s working… and your recent sale proves exactly that. The process wasn’t broken, it just needed you to come back into it with a clearer mind. What you shared really highlights something important: most people underestimate how much discipline it takes to trust a system long enough for the results to show. It’s easier to start tweaking things than to hold the line. I’m curious though ,when you do hit those foggy moments, what tends to trigger them the most for you? Is it the pressure of filling spots, the inconsistency of leads coming in, or something else entirely? I’ve been in that same spiral before, and what helped me regain my confidence was learning how to stabilize my pipeline and simplify my decision-making process. Happy to share what’s been working for me lately if it’s helpful. Looking forward to hearing what part of the process feels heaviest for you right now, that’s usually where the breakthrough is waiting.
Every year, we hear the same story, “Next year will be my breakthrough.”
But the truth is, many of us in this community. will still end this year exactly where they started. Some will even end it with more complaints than progress. Why does this keep happening? Because too many people stay busy but not productive. They chase every new deal, every trend, every “big promise”, but never take the time to master one clear path or connect with the right people who can actually help them build something that lasts. I know this because I’ve been there. I started in property full of excitement, thinking hard work alone was enough. But I soon realized that without strategy, guidance, and the right network, you can spend a whole year moving, and still be stuck in the same spot. Everything changed when I stopped doing everything alone and started learning from people who were already where I wanted to be. That single shift helped me break the cycle of trial and error, and turn effort into consistent growth. Now, before this year ends, I want to challenge everyone here: - What are you doing differently this time around? - Have you identified the real reason your results haven’t changed? - Who are you learning from, and are they helping you move forward or keeping you in circles? Let’s make this space one where we hold each other accountable, share what’s working, and stop repeating the same mistakes that keep us stuck. Before you scroll past, drop a comment. What’s one thing you know you must change before this year ends if you truly want next year to look different?

@Tiago Lourenco You’re definitely not alone in that, so many people stay busy but rarely feel like they’re making the progress they want. Bringing in that “start and finish” discipline is a powerful shift, especially when client acquisition is part of the process. One thing that helped me massively was building a simple system that keeps me focused on only the tasks that actually move the income needle, and removing everything else. That’s when consistency (and results) really changed for me. I’m curious though…What’s the one area you find yourself starting but not finishing the most right now? Client nurturing, creating offers, marketing, something else? Happy to share what’s been working for me if it helps, and you can always reach me directly at [email protected] if that’s easier.

@Jacqueline Hollows Absolutely love your transparency, and you’re spot on, every new level really does come with its own new challenges. What you’re describing (needing more leads, better qualification, and staying productive while scaling) is exactly where a lot of people hit the “growth wall.” One thing that helped me massively at that stage was building systems that grow with you, especially for lead flow, pre-qualification, and delegation. Once that foundation was in place, everything became smoother: consistent leads in, the right people moving forward, and my time freed up to focus on high-value work instead of chasing noise. Curious, have you ever explored using an online system or automation setup to support the next stage of your growth? Not in a complicated tech way, but in a way that actually removes overwhelm and gives you more control as your offers expand. Happy to share what’s worked for me if it helps, and genuinely excited to see what your next breakthrough looks like.
