Never have had this level of engagement before. 💰 Closed $10k in agency deals with performance splits (healthcare & RE client). 💰 And closed a new 1:1 client through Instagram last night for general consultancy. 💰 @Fraser Kemp ... (VIP Member) Let's talk about this incredible guy, he has a little over $100k in client deals going for him right now. And agency work is NOT easy, nor is it 100% scalable. That's why deal structure and pricing is important. Otherwise you can find yourself basically working for free is the scope of a project grows. That's why planning on the front end is SO IMPORTANT. 💰 @Daniel Gmys-Casiano (VIP Member) is an absolute savage. He has been creating AI Avatar videos for a short period of time through FB & IG and has over 14 million views. He is teaching ME a ton on how to run faceless channels. We are working on some new education together on that front as we speak. 💰 @David Kramer (Premium Member) we spoke the other day for about an hour, and this guy has something pretty unique when it comes to SaaS. Compliance matched with a Procedure system. Not going to give his sauce away, but when we looked at his pipeline since he's been so deep in developing, and life in general... we realized he has a pre-sale in place for a $100k yearly client, and this client does not know how deeply they need him just yet. With the right digital assets, and focus, he is looking to have a 6 figure + model built in the next 1-2 years, probably sooner! I might be missing some of you guys, so please share below, because I deeply want to understand what you all have going on. This is fun for me, and the fact that all of you closely share my values, makes this 100x better for me personally. This community has generated around $130k in client retainers through myself and community members so far. And that is an absolutely insane this to consider. It has only been about 3 months, and we have grown to over 800 members! I am going to share some more background about my journey to give you guys insights over the course of this week.

Last week I closed a $4k/month retainer + add ons. Where did that client come from?.. TikTok🤯 I can’t talk about the product as I’ve signed an NDA, but it’s a B2B SaaS product and I’m being paid for AI consulting and ensuring the AI strategy is right for both the product and the marketing. I’m not building anything - the client has their own devs for building the product. Huge thanks again to my brother in automation @Charles Dove who’s helped me massively with my content🙏 It just goes to show the power of social media if you’re willing to get in front of a camera - I wish I’d started sooner but we can’t change the past, only shape the future❤️‍🔥

Yesterday I sent a $60k proposal to a prospect for a large project build.🧱 I sat here for a while contemplating whether or not to hit send, then I started questioning whether or not I was overcharging as that's the first time I've sent a $50k+ proposal.🤔 I recruited a 2nd opinion from a trusted brother who's also in the trenches @Charles Dove to get his take and his advice: He said that deals at that value are all about structure - the structure can make or break the deal. He also reminded me that the outcome for the client (which in this case is replacing team members with AI) recoups the cost of the project in just a short period of time.📈 💎Key takeaways: 1. When you aren't sure about something don't be scared to ask for help, build a network of people you can lean on for advice.... that is EXACTLY what this community is all about.⭐ 2. Always think about the solution through the lens of the client, not by the number on the proposal. If the outcome is desirable enough, the cost becomes secondary.

Wrapping up a client project this week. Here is a quick overview: The client asked for a solution which automates his stores follow up sequences. His stores and orders data was living inside of Google Sheets and Excel. I proposed migrating everything over to Airtable and having that as the frontend UI for the n8n automation on the backend. Airtable for those of you who haven't used it is extremely modular and very convenient for integrating with n8n automations. Tomorrow we'll be looking to complete the data transfer into Airtable, then Tuesday I'll be putting it through a final stress test before handover later in the week. The client is now looking into further automations for accounting and stock monitoring - all of which can just be bolted onto the existing Airtable infrastructure we've already built out.
