Welcome to our Sunday Meditation Circle ā a weekly space to slow down, connect, and recharge. Think of it as our own version of Sunday church: a gentle gathering where kindness, presence, and community come first. š¤Each week offers something a little different ā sometimes guided breathing practices (pranayama), sometimes meditations to connect with your Higher Self or Godself, sometimes quiet stillness, and sometimes simple practices for health and relaxation. š¤The sessions are led by me, Francesca, clinical psychologist and hypnotherapist who shares meditation as a personal passion, not as therapy ā simply as a way to bring people together in peace. š¤This group is for anyone who wants to begin or deepen their practice, or simply spend time in a calm, kind environment. š§You donāt need any experience. Just bring yourself, your openness, and the willingness to sit in stillness together.
