From Zero to AI Entrepreneurs: The 14 Weeks That Changed Everything
WHAT A JOURNEY !!! Fourteen weeks ago, a group of ambitious students in Uganda started a journey into AI automation together with us . Most had never built a workflow. Many had never heard of n8n. Today, they are starting to build businesses and solve real world problems in there area The Journey Weeks 1-4: Foundations Learning the basics triggers, nodes, data flow. First simple automations. Weather notifications. Student registration systems. The excitement of seeing code actually work. Weeks 4-8: Adding Intelligence Integrating AI. Building smart lead management systems. Creating support ticket routers that actually think. The moments of breakthrough multiplied. Weeks 8-12: Business Thinking The shift from "How do I build this?" to "Who would pay for this?" Students developed real business concepts: healthcare patient management systems, agricultural market connectors, hospitality automation solutions, and financial services integrations. Weeks 12-14: Level 3 Results This week, we reviewed advanced AI automation projects. The results speak for themselves. Students scoring full marks on complex technical implementations. Business concepts with genuine market potential. Professional video pitches that could impress investors. Production-ready workflows with proper error handling and monitoring. What Makes This Different I did not just teach technology. We taught transformation. Every student answered the question: What business would you like to start with AI? And they answered with solutions for their communities addressing healthcare challenges, agricultural inefficiencies, hospitality gaps, and financial inclusion problems. ( REAL WORLD PROBLEMS !!) What Comes Next Assignment 4 is now live. The brief is simple but powerful: Build your MVP. Create your website, application. Find your first 10 customers. No more practice. No more tests. This is real. By the end of January 2026, these students will not just have certificates. They will have businesses.

What's Your Final Build of 2025?
Hey builders! 👋 As we wrap up the last days of 2025, I'm curious to know: What's the last project you're working on this year? Whether it's a workflow you've been perfecting for months, a last-minute automation that suddenly became urgent, or that "one more thing" you promised yourself you'd finish before midnight on the 31st I want to hear about it. A few prompts to get the conversation going: -What problem does it solve? -What's the most creative node combination you've used? -Are you planning to ship it before the new year, or will it carry over into 2026? As for me: I'm currently deep into a voice AI avatar agent project combining Elevenlabs, n8n, and some health protocol automation for a 72-hour fasting. ( I fast during Christmas for 72 hours !!) The goal? Making sophisticated wellness tracking actually accessible and conversational. Still debugging at 11 PM the builder life, right? The beauty of this community is that someone's "final project" often becomes next year's inspiration for others. So don't be shy share what you're building, even if it's still a work in progress. Drop your project in the comments below. Screenshots, workflow snippets, or just a quick description all welcome. Let's close out 2025 strong and kick off 2026 with momentum! 🚀

GLM-4.7: The Open-Source Coding Model That's Challenging GPT-5.1 and Claude
GLM-4.7: The Open-Source Coding Model That's Challenging GPT-5.1 and Claude The AI landscape just got more interesting. On December 22, 2025, Z.ai (formerly Zhipu AI) released GLM-4.7—and it's not just another incremental update. This open-source model is genuinely competing with the proprietary giants at a fraction of the cost. Amazing tool i tested during christmas period . MIND BLOWING Here's what makes GLM-4.7 worth your attention: Built for Real Development, Not Just Chat Unlike models optimized for chat demos, GLM-4.7 was designed for agentic coding workflows—long, multi-step tasks where consistency matters. It natively integrates with tools like Claude Code, Cline, Roo Code, and Kilo Code. The secret weapon? A triple thinking system: - Interleaved Thinking: Reasons before every response and tool call - Preserved Thinking: Retains reasoning across multi-turn conversations (no more "forgetting" what it just decided) - Turn-level Thinking: Toggle reasoning on/off per request—fast when you need speed, deep when complexity demands it BENCHMARK SEE IN THE ATTCHMENT !!!!! 🎨 "Vibe Coding": Better Frontend Output Here's something benchmarks don't capture: GLM-4.7 generates cleaner, more modern UI code. - Better HTML/CSS layouts - Proper spacing and typography - High-contrast dark modes that actually look professional - Slides and posters with consistent aesthetics If you've ever gotten "technically valid but ugly" code from AI, GLM-4.7 addresses that pain point directly. 🔓 Why Open-Source Matters With 355B total parameters (32B active via MoE architecture), GLM-4.7 offers: - Full transparency: Weights available on HuggingFace and ModelScope - Self-hosting: Deploy in air-gapped environments for regulated industries - Fine-tuning: Customize on proprietary datasets - No vendor lock-in: MIT licensed - 200K context window with 128K max output 🤔 When to Choose GLM-4.7 Choose GLM-4.7 when: - Cost-efficiency is critical - You need strong tool-use and agentic workflows - You want open-source flexibility and customization - Building AI coding assistants or IDE plugins - Running long, multi-turn coding sessions
