🔥💎 The Hidden Gems Classroom: A Growth, Retention & Content Strategy
Happy weekend! I'm doing something fun in Grow With Evelyn and I want to share the strategy with you because it's powerful. Watch the video below for the full strategy 🙌 As your membership grows, you add resources that start to become invisible. Your members might not even know they have access to amazing tools buried in your classroom. This is when you create a Hidden Gems classroom and highlight them. Here's why this works: ✅ Retention - Members suddenly see all the value they already have. It plants the seed of "there's so much more in this community than I'm using, I really need to get back into it." ✅ Content management - It's a low-effort way to overhaul valuable resources and make them timely again. I recorded fresh walkthrough videos putting each resource into context, so old content feels new without starting from scratch. ✅ Growth - You can sell this collection separately too. Run ads directly to it as a standalone offer while it also lives inside your membership. What I pulled into my Hidden Gems classroom: 📋 Skool Community Engagement Planner - Everything that actually moves the needle on community engagement in one planner with 7 post categories, real examples, and 4 weeks of worksheets. If engagement feels like pulling teeth, this fixes it. 📱 Asynchronous Voice Message Support Planner - One of the first offers I ever sold and how I got my first dollar in a brand new Skool. Perfect for an icebreaker sale or premium upgrade that's easy to deliver on your schedule. 💰 Themed 1:1 Session Offer Planner - A productized one-to-one session that creates cash flow AND content you can repurpose. Great for funding growth at the beginning or increasing customer lifetime value later. 🎨 Mockup Ad Template Vault - Gorgeous mockup templates that make your intangible offers feel real and desirable. These have been some of my top performing image ads since 2020. ✨ NEW: AI Mockup Prompt Generator - If you don't want to use Canva, this generator creates custom mockup ads for you. I actually made all the mockup images in this collection with it.

@Janeen Sam You’re so welcome, Janeen! 😊 I’m curious which part of the idea are you most excited to try first?

@Janeen Sam That’s awesome content management is a great place to start 👍 It really makes everything else easier once you’ve got that organized. Are you working on something specific right now, or just getting things set up?
Welcome to the Skool Growth Free Training Hub 🙌
This is your one stop shop for all my free Skool trainings and resources. 👋 A bit about me if we haven't met I'm Evelyn Weiss. I built multi seven figure low ticket memberships before I ever came to Skool. When I did, I played the first ever Skool Games with Jessa Bellman and we came second with $81K in new MRR added in 28 days. Since then, my Grow with Evelyn community became a model citizen community on the platform. I won the games again as an affiliate. And I've been running the ads for Skool itself for over half a year. I also lead the Skool Ambassadors program. I know a thing or two about low ticket, ads, and Skool. 💡 How this community works You can't create posts here, but you can comment on everything. I set it up this way on purpose. I cleaned house because the spam and self promo got out of hand. This space is for learning, not pitching. ❤️ Here's what you'll find in the feed: - Help each other find your next 3 members - Tell me where you are in your journey - Share a win from something you learned here - Ask me questions - Request future videos or tools 👉 I check in when I can. I can't promise 24/7 replies, but questions that keep coming up become future trainings. 📚 What's in the classroom - Start your Skool (step by step foundation) - Run ads to your Skool - Grow your Skool - Troubleshooting - My interview with Alex on Skool - A free digital challenge and vision board party based on my physical planner framework 👉 I also drop new videos multiple times a week. When I do, I'll post here and send an email so you don't miss it. 🌱Want to go deeper? You can grab the Skool Relaunch Challenge, Branding Kits, or Traffic Challenge recordings right here in the classroom. Or get them all free when you join Grow with Evelyn at skool.com/evelyn with a 7 day trial. No pressure 🫶 Take what you need 🤗 Welcome again, I'm glad you're here. Evelyn

@Barbi Wiest Love this, Barbi. Gratitude really does shift the energy of everything. I’m thankful for spaces like this where generosity and leadership are modeled so consistently it makes learning feel a lot more human.

@Dani Rabinovich That’s awesome, Dani! 💖 There’s something really exciting about stepping into growth while connecting with like-minded people. What kind of community are you imagining more learning, collaboration, or just a space to share and inspire each other?

@Tara Bergdoll Exactly and that reminder never really stops being useful. AI can be a powerful assistant, but you are the one who understands emotion, lifestyle, and how a space actually needs to feel and function for real people. That discernment is what gives your work its value. Using AI as a tool rather than a measuring stick can help you stay confident while still staying curious.

@Amanda Smith @Amanda Smith That’s a great point especially the balance piece. Early on, people aren’t just joining for information, they’re joining to feel seen and supported. Connection really does come before content.
Share a win from something you learned here
I love celebrating wins with you but let's keep this focused 🙌 Drop a comment sharing: - Something you learned or implemented from this community - The result it created for you or your Skool Could be big, could be small. Maybe you finally posted that first post. Maybe you ran your first ad. Maybe you hit a revenue milestone using something from the classroom. Whatever it is, share it so others can see what's possible. 🚨 One rule: this is not a promo thread. If you use this to pitch your community in a way that has nothing to do with an actual win, I will remove you. No warnings. Can't wait to celebrate with you 👇

@Amy White It also models permission for people to show up imperfectly and still move forward. When progress is visible and human, it lowers the barrier to participation. That kind of shared momentum is hard to manufacture, but easy to sustain once it’s there.

@Janell Bitton You’re very welcome, Janell. It really does show when someone commits and follows through. I hope you take a moment to acknowledge yourself those small wins add up faster than we realize.
I am done... time to clean up 🧹💥
Let me be real with you. I opened this space and allowed community posts because I thought — maybe, even though it's free, we could still create something valuable for each other. Here's what actually happened: → "Wins" that are just disguised self promo → Posts that have nothing to do with Skool → Blatant fishing for clients → Spammers everywhere → The people who actually want help? Drowning in the noise. We have to be better than this. So here's what's changing: → No more member posts → I'm cleaning out the entire feed → Classrooms are getting restructured into smaller units, easier to find what you need → I'll provide structured posts for collabs, link swaps, and questions → No more fishing. No more chasing spammers. Done. What's NOT changing: → The value. I'm not holding anything back. You can literally learn to run Skool ads and so much more from my free content (just go and actually check out the classrooms!!) → I'll still give feedback if you did the work. Comment under the challenge launch posts before I deleted them end of the week as well as the new posts I'll put up to ask questions and collab and I've got you. Want the full community experience? Come hang out in Grow with Evelyn. We have a 7 day free trial. You can check it out here: https://www.skool.com/evelyn/about You can finish the Skool Launch Challenge in peace over there, get support, and actually connect with people. To the genuine ones: Thank you. Big improvements coming. To everyone else: Party's over. ✌️ See you around. — Evelyn

@Louise Size That’s a really valid reflection, Louise. There’s a big difference between platform growth and community health, and it does feel like a lot of owners are being stretched thin trying to be everywhere at once. Being more intentional about where you spend your time and where real engagement actually happens feels like the right conversation to be having.

@Louise Size That sounds like a really strong and thoughtful shift, Louise. Focusing on community health tends to create more sustainable growth in the long run, especially when the strategy is collective rather than reactive. It’s encouraging to hear you’re aligning around intention and depth instead of just visibility. Wishing you all the best as that focus continues to evolve 🙏
