How do we stay positive- in our thoughts, to others around us, and with our self? I have a few simple sayings to run in my mind to pull me back positive, having a plan before the mind clamps into the negative works for me. I do dip into the negative- then push out to a more positive outlook- no mater how small the step out is. - yin & yang in the brain How does it work for you?

I love Interaction in groups I will use a guided session using new tools and methods showing you how to see inward through the transpersonal layer you know as “you”. Our life is just that “our life” we all came complete with everything we need - seeing others around us with acceptance and gratitude- lets us see that same in our self. Inward growth & knowing one’s self blooms outward in our lives, families, and everyone around us.
