Job Opportunity — Base Salary 100k; OTE 250k
Hi all, to give context: I work with venture-backed SaaS/AI Founders out of Y-Combinator and other accelerators who have received $1-3M in funding for their start up. Once my clients have validated product-market fit and are generating predictable cash flow (usually about 1M/year) they look to add initial sales reps to their team. They pay out six figure base salaries + commission and often times other benefits. One of my clients (Strada) has been leading the charge with founder-led sales and generated 1.1M revenue on his own, but his bandwidth is now stretched thin and he needs an Account Executive to help him handle the demand. Details: - OTE: 250k - Base Salary: 100k - Deal size: 50k-100k - Sales cycle - 4 weeks (though we can probably condense it with a talent sales pro) - You will be selling to insurance carriers and brokers - VPs of Operations, Claims, and Sales. - Discovery + Demo sales process. - Full time - W2 - Remote for the first 90 days; then hybrid work-from home/in-person: San Francisco, CA - More to be discussed on the interview.
