The end of the year is coming up and I wanted to know is there a standard to renew your business license? What do I need to do for my business towards the end of the year? Do I need to go to my state SCC or something?

My registered agent which I use for my business address recently changed addresses. My question is who do I need to notify of the address change? I figured all of the banks I have accounts with but what other organizations need to know? Is there a list?
