Considering applying Hyros to my offer for plastic surgery/dermatology clinics in Seoul. This would be for clinics looking to expand into foreign markets. Lots of medical tourism here. I think this could be a great tool on top of using speed-to-lead tools like AI appointment setting inside their messaging channels. I use a lot of stuff from Go High Level...But a lot of AI-CRM platforms in Korea already do something similar, and even better since they have messaging channels like kakao talk, or LINE, which I don't have. So I want to find a way to stand out. Example: Them: From inquiry to booking in any language, across all messaging channels, 24/7, all automatic Me: From ad click to booked consult, in seconds — while the lead is still hot, before they even think to compare you to someone else. The challenge is maybe a handful of qualified leads per week per clinic, and the real "sale" (a booked, completed procedure) can take weeks or months to close. But it's usually 4k+ for a single procedure. Lower price for dermatology, but they could be repeat customers, depending on the procedure. 3 questions: 1. Below what rough volume threshold does feeding conversion data back to Meta/Google's optimization AI stop being useful, versus just using clean attribution for manual decision-making instead? 2. For a business like this, is a lower-friction event (form submission) or a higher-friction-but-cleaner-signal event (a small paid deposit to book a consultation) the better one to optimize toward, given the volume constraint? 3. I know this isn't Hyros's concern, but any real constraints in terms of making ads in the medical/aesthetic niche? This is new to me. I doubt anyone here is based in Korea, but I might be looking for a partner, cheers.
